Nice Resort at the not so nice beach but it was quiet expencive for the low rainy season! I I had a nice beachfront room with a good bed and aircon! their food is average! hope they will give bigger discounts on their rooms during the rainy low season!

Small rooms. Not so friendly frontdesk. Poor quality food. Even water was only trickling in bathroom… there are better options available in the vicinity.

It is located very near to the pier and at a less crowded part of Sabang. It is with a beach outside and has a big swimming pool inside for a quick dip. However, the staff aren't very friendly and a little emotionless. For my room, the aircond was weak and hardly cold enough to sleep. Kitchen and toiley showed sign of aging. Apart of these, I would recommend this place!

Luv Papa Freds in Sabang, its the go to place for good good food, possibly one of very few best steaks in Phils, surely a must do in Puerto Galera, romantic views, very good staff and the food — off the wall.

Many steps slippy when wet nice cafe/ eating area though no water in fridge.

I love the room because of the kitchen. The housekeeping staffs are friendly and attentive. They are both very nice except the girl assigned at the convenience store. She doesn't know how to treat the customers well… And also their towels, they are old and worn out. I am sorry I am just being honest. Hopefully you will take this comment in a positive way. But overall this place is a nice place to stay. :) :)

Not a bad place to stay. I got to say the resturant was very good western style food.

Within walking distance from the El Galleon… all day breakfast for P120 :) but the chef salad at P220 is too expensive for something so small! : (

What a nice resort, very friendly owners and off corse the best restaurant in sabang, I love the steaks but also seafood and the imported german beers are tasty…

The best value for money in Sabange. Large well maintained grounds, different types of rooms, large swimming pool, quiet, directly on the first line by the sea.

Loction good, service so so but staff not so friendly, I didn't see any smiley faces from them until we dine in and pay.

This is one of the more decent resorts in Sabang but it's not that good for the price. Service is ok at best. The rooms aren't as good as it should be for the price.

A family favourite place to stay for us. The staff are always welcoming to us and the bungalow accommodation is our room type. The place was been extended on our last visit so we look forward to seeing how the new part looks. The swimming pool is great. Not massive but ideal. The food also is good value for money. As for the location. It is in the title.

Very bad experience, hotel room card at the beginning is broken, to check out said we broke the room card, to lose money, attitude is also very poor, in addition to a short stay of one night to stop water two times, there is no need to repair the appearance, the hotel door is also selling drugs, the environment is dirty and messy, room facilities old, special pit foreigners Not in high season do not have to book in advance, come here to find will be better.

I like the place and the pool but the shower is not good.

Great place for a combination of price and quality. Located right on the beach. The territory by local standards is quite large and green. There is a small clean pool. The local café is quite mediocre with primitive food, but for breakfast goes. The hotel is the only speaking dive centre.

It's ok. Service was average. Rang bell twice. Steak knife and beer served late.

Not fresh, bit fatty for a rib eye and not with bone. But had good taste and tender bit under cooked. Ordered MR got Rare. Steak not as good as it is in Australia for same price. Bit pricey for what you get. For most that don't know about quality steak would be 5star but for us in industry and world wide knowledge of 50yrs it's an above average rating.

Close to Sabang port and the beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant on the property is good. The employees are friendly and helpful. The rates are a bit high and Sabang beach isn't much to look at.

Was the worst place I have ever stayed. To start the sour faced receptionist put me on a downer. She was extremely awkward and rude. Accidentally booked the wrong room and to upgrade she wanted me to pay the full price for another room, which is hardly an upgrade. The restaurant was about as bad as I've ever seen. Dirty and full of flies, also rude staff. The Wi-Fi only worked if you sat in the middle of the pool. Not likely with a £500 iPad. The room was very dated and dirty, insects falling constantly from cracks in the ceiling. The shower was cold and the fridge warm. The TV was unwatchable. I wouldn't keep rats in this hotel. Do not stay there! Heard of other people's experiences, all bad including being robbed by the staff. 1 star is being generous. Plenty of other places in sabang to stay that are reasonably priced and excellent.

Clean accommodation, Friendly and Kind Staff. The resort is only good for Scuba Divers. Entertaining and Partying. Swimming in SABANG beach is not ideal since small ferries or small boats dock here.

Room was ok but staff was very very rude to asian. I will not go there again. But BBQ was good.

The best of service! Staff are accomodating, A nice view of the beach and rooms are clean and beds comfty, you can feel the homey feeling while on vacation. Bonus next door is a fine dining resto.

The swimming pool is nice for relaxing. I stayed ocen view. Twin bed. It was good inside. Only little bit. Lack of quality.

The service was good they give me a big discount the manager was realy king all the foods are delicious.

The resort itself was OK. The room was very big, there was a fully loaded fridge but we didn't take anything else but just water. Bathroom was OK with hot water shower. Swimming pool was also good and there were not many guests so there were only us using the pool. It has a nice garden and the bay is right in front of the property. The air conditioner was not working properly and our room was mostly hot and there was a ceiling fan which was like a decoration piece, there were insects and mosquitoes in the room which would come from backyard. The resort restaurant is very expensive and not recommend, There are no other restaurant around either and you are also not allowed to bring foods from outside and you will have only one option to get your meals from the resort restaurant which are very expensive. There is no beach… so if you want to go to a beach, you have to hire a tricycle for P 500 to go to White Beach which around 7 Km from the resort. (I don't know why it's called "Blue Crystal Beach Resort, even there is no Beach") Not recommended if you like beaches. You have to stay in the resort all day, cause no activities around or outside unless you hire a tricycle.

Good German food. Friendly and good service. A little bit expensive.

Good affordable lunch meals. Try the mami, its a good deal. Good BBQ at sunset on the beach. Cheap beer.

My time at Papa Fred's Beach Resort was truly sensational. Very nice and well-rehearsed Team. Great parts of the hotel to a vernüpftigen price. Daily Housekeeping. Dresses may be made directly to the Hotel at a very reasonable price for cleaning will be. Directly in front is the Papa Fred's Steakhouse where you really can eat very well. The Angus Beef is highly recommended. Thank you very much. I will definitely come back again.
