Feedback time: 2/5 Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms. 😊 But the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the “STAFF” which unfortunately is opposite than what we are expecting. 👎🏻 Not sure if you’re aware of what happened during our stay. Had one of the worst experience in our life. Your employee “ROSE” is very UNPROFESSIONAL. She’s the WORST! Not to mention, RUDE! So here’s what happened. Let’s start with the FIRE ALARM thing. That was me. I was tipsy (not drunk) on our 2nd night. Thought it was the light switch at di ko napansin yung nakasulat na “FIRE ALARM SWITCH”. Kaya pinindot ko. It was an honest mistake. Kinabukasan nung umaga, I went to the kitchen para sabihin mga order namen for breakfast. ROSE was there at siya kumuha ng mga orders ko. Naka 3 ulit pa nga ako eh. Then she mentioned about the coffee na either babawas na lang daw sa coffee namen on our last day or babayaran na lang tas yung sobrang coffee. So I told her teka ate ask ko mga kasama ko. Kasi 11 pax kami. Correct me if i’m wrong pero 1 coffee each for 11 pax right? Then naalala ko na one of my colleague’s, nagdala ng coffee. So I told ATE ROSE na ate hindi po namen naubos yung coffee nung Sunday. Kasi may dala pong coffee yung kaibigan ko at yun po ginamit namen. Then after a few minutes. Na sa table na kami lahat. Ako kumukuha ng water. Si are rose biglang sumugod. YES, you read it right. And that’s the right term, SUMUGOD. Take note magbreakfast pa kami neto ah?
