Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. All the staff were accommodating including the guards, specially Clyde (i think that's his name) from the coffee shop who was very, very accommodating and kind and was very observant of the client's needs. Highly recommended. 10 stars!

One of the best Hotel in Cagayan de oro, low cost place to stay, clean and comfy, friendly staff and quite place if you want to have a good night sleep.

The hotel has the most unethical and rude Security Guards. We were supposed to stay here last night with my visirors from Cebu but changed our minds and brought my friends to New Dawn Plus instead. Tell your security guards that arrogance has no room in the hotel industry.

My friends, my family will always be looking for a comfortable place to stay when visiting the city of Cagayan de Oro, part of being comfortable is the a friendly and accommodating staff who never failed to make you feel that you are in the comfort of your own home, the kind of employee's who never make you feel alone, by those accommodating warm smiles and and upbeat greetings. When staying in a hotel I personally look for affordable rates, first class accommodation, comfortable room, and most of all safety, which I thought it will never be possible. However Marianne Suits made it possible. They even exceeded my expectation. I will always pick you as my number one option when I am in Cagayan de Oro. This business is not run by just nice facility but this establishment is run by great customer service.

One of the best cozy place in CdeO where you'll feel at home Wi-Fi connection is average, staff is very accommodating thus the site is very accessible. Thumbs up! & more power to the team behind.

I had a great stay in this hotel and would give them 5 stars for making our stay comfortable. The Hotel manager and his team was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. They took care of us and didn't had any issues, considering that we are long staying guest. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends especially when you visit CDO. They are conveniently located in the heart of the city and rooms are clean. Looking forward for my next stay next year. This is the place to be, home away from home. Adding a 24 hours kitchen or pool would make this place better.

Decent and affordable inn in cagayan de oro. It's clean nd you get a breakfast for free, too.

Great room and service, but wish that towels were already in the room and that room service didn't take them without leaving new ones. Still good though!

There is NO hot or even warm water to shower with. Need to remind staff when cleaning room to give replacment towel, toilet paper, bath mat.

Though the staff and front desk are friendly, our room have small roaches, broken soap holder, the breakfast serving/portion is a little smaller than the other hotels ive stayed in already. :' ( Cheap. Ok for those that arent too sensitive. Good location since its near the malls. Overall, its an OK place to stay but not highly recommended.

When I contacted them via fb and thru my colleague who was staying here, they told me I was reserved. But when I got here, they told me I was "wait-listed". Seriously. Is there something like that for hotels? They should have told me that there was no room available instead of wait listing me. Such a bad experience. And Wi-Fi is soooo slow.

Room very small, view from the window on a wall! Toilet door is not closed completely stuck at the edge of the toilet you have to go through the shower to sit on it! Enough folk. Small breakfast average no shower mat, making it difficult to access to recharge your phone. Narrow corridor, access to the main entrance, with markets pretty high-so much the worse for the elderly and persons with disabilities. I do not recommend it. I have changed and find better elsewhere!

Deceived when booked online for a family room with matrimonial and single beds. Instead, the biggest room they have is a double with single bed. A/c not cold, don't bother to ask for a solution, they don't care a damn thing about it. My kids had a hard time to rest for a malfunction a/c.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the staffs are also friendly. It has a cheap restaurant across the street and the place is near to government offes, malls and a hospital.

Great accommodation. Good security. Free Wi-Fi. Free breakfast. Hot shower availability depends on the weather since it is solar power dependent.

The hotel is clean. Bed is nice. TV has cable. AC works fine. I stayed in twin sharing room so the Bathroom is big enough. But I've seen the single room and the toilet is the same with shower area like you should sit on it to take a bath. Towels are not that white already. Water smells rusty. Food is expensive for the taste. Internet is available at the lounge area only. Breakfast is free but I dont have food choices. If so, I need to pay more. Hope this review helps!

Great Service, Best Location, Security Guranteed!

Still holding my final judgment if I will confirm a 4 star rating. Our room needs some fixing tomorrow.

Very satisfied with my two nights stay.

Marianne Suites is a great place to stay especially when you're with a group or with your family, since they have spacious rooms that are well-equipped. We stayed in their family room for 2 nights. It had a big screen TV, 2 large beds, a minibar and a huge-ass ensuite bathroom, which is what we loved most about our room. Their staff are very friendly too. And you can really say that the place is really secure with their keyless entry system. However, we had a problem with their booking system. My sister-in-law booked us a family room at Marianne Suites on the first week of December. When we got to the hotel, we found out that there was no reservations made. So my mom paid Php2300 for the room. When my sister-in-law asked them, they couldn't find the reservation she made with them, which is really inconvenient because they should have proof in their system. Another factor that turned us off about the place is their free breakfast. The corned beef they used was of a cheap kind. The scrambled eggs were too saucy/wet/malasado. And the rice was somewhat of a cheap kind too because it was not white. We were not happy with the free breakfast that we opted not to avail of it the next day. Their room rates are on the pricey side, too. My dad worked for a hotel for 35 years and he knows a lot about room rates. We wouldn't mind the price if our room had a nice view, but all we could see when you look out the windows are walls and a lot of cigarette butts.
