Our recent experience with the hotel wasn’t so nice. We reserved and paid half of our accommodation but on the day of our check in we were told that the room reservation was cancelled so we were forced to check in to a very small room instead. They said that the previous booking was cancelled by my father two days after we already paid the down. Knowing my father who is way past his senior year already and who is not so familiar with hotel reservations, they should have exerted extra effort to explain to him about the previous booking reservation assuming if indeed my dad cancelled it days after. It would have been a settled issue if my brother didnt overhear one of the staff that she committed a mistake by offering our reserved room to the other guests. A simple apology would have been enough.

Coming to Dipolog also means checking in at D'Hotel n Suites, coz it has maintained its cleanliness, friendly staff, and good services for the past 6 years. Moreover, dining at their Umami, Tonino's, Cucina Italiana are always a delectable experience for us! While enjoying our dinner at Umami, we get to be entertained by a soft, crooning voice of a female singer accompanied by a good guitarist. A more than satisfied guest here at my fave hotel in Dipolog.

Nice hotel in the heart of downtown Dipolog City. Clean, Affordable and Comfortable rooms. With hot & cold shower. Has its own restaurant. Serving Italian and Japanese. Bar with acoustic band playing. They also have function rooms.

Room was nice. Service is good. The only thing is that the outlet is so difficult to find for you to charge.

Luxurious and elegant accommodation but affordable. Rooms are spaceous as well as the bathroms. Well maintained and clean. Staff are friendly. The hotel is located at the heart of the city, major establishments are within walking distance.

This was my second time. To visit the hotel. First time, we stayed with them because of the live in seminar. Staff were courteous, well groomed and very accommodating, clean public areas as well as clean rooms. Accessible and located within the CBD of Dipolog. One of Dipolog's best accommodation for me. Food may still be improved although the one we tried was part of the seminar package. Have yet to dine at their Italian restaurant.

I dont expect that much but I think the hotel is above average. Room is good, it has a bar on the rooftop, service is nice, front desk is accomodating. My only comment is if you are on a long stay you will feel bored with the repititive selection of breakfast. Other than this Dhotel is the best place to stay in Dipolog at the reasonable price.

Top service, great ambiance and good food.

One of the best hotels in Dipolog. I have been there several times now. It's good because it is comfortable and self contained with its own restaurant s. The onlly negative points would be a lack of daily room cleaning unless u ask, and they can be a bit stingy sometimes with the air-conditioning in public areas.

Its an approprate place for bussiness people and first time travelers. Its accessible to drugstore, convenient store, popular fast food chain, churches, bookstore, shopping center, banks, and most importantly police patrol car is visible most often.

Was a surprise stay at dipolog. Thought a small city would not have this level/quality hotel. Service is excellent and food is absolutely amazing. Strongly recommended.

This hotel has policies to milk you. They get your towel in the morning and inform you in the evening that one of your towels has a stain and they charge 200 pesos. What's their proof. They should show us the stained towel before they bring it out of the room. But having stained towels is part of the business.

The sushi restaurant was the best, have been twice a week & quite place, the staff are nice & exellent service. We deffinitely go back again in my next vacation. Very much recommended to everyone ;)

It is an ok hotel. Very near the boulevard strip, giving you access to a good area of walking. Rooms are tidy. Comfortable. And most of the time clean. Staff are friendly.

My decision was right to choose this hotel for our first visit in Dipolog City. The hotel's contemporary allure was just right for the small town charm of the city. It has a perfect location — within walking distance of everything! This property even had a free airport shuttle we took advantage of. Our room was very nice, though a mini-fridge would be a great room amenity. The staff was nothing short of courteous and helpful every time. Our room also has a plated complimentary breakfast. Budget rooms no windows great location looks.

They made my family vacation extra special. The usual complementary drinks they give has always been consistently applied in all my visits including this one. The cleaning crew were very creative with their towel designs. One time we were welcomed by a crocodile made out of towels. Great team. You have created a loyal patron. This is my hotel everytime I visit Dipolog.

Probably the best hotel in Dipolog, the rooms are nice and cozy. The staff are very accommodating, the guard usually locks the main door past midnight for safety, but just tell them you're going out and they'll let you go.

I stayed at D'Hotel & Suites for 10 days in January. Although the place was relatively new at the time, they sure knew their stuff. It was a real treat to get looked after in the hotel by their caring staff. The restaurants were outstanding. I'd recommend it to anyone contemplating a visit to Dipolog.
