Everything is pleasant. Rooms are nice and spacious, service are excellent, housekeeping staffs are kind and keeps the room really clean when requesting room make-over.

They only place that never fails to make us feel at home. The staff treats us like family. Don't forget to visit them on the weekend.

The Hotel is very cozy and staff were very welcoming. I would like to commend Ms. Rey Ann as she was all smiles. They accommodated all my requests. Will definitely come back again.

This is a new and one of the premier hotels in Butuan. The lobby is spacious and aesthetically beautiful.

Clean hotel. Wi-Fi works sometimes good, sometimes poor. Hot shower didn't function. 1000 PHP is expensive for a small Single room without breakfast.

Nice clean hotel with a clean swimming pool. They were under construction when I was there so finding a bathroom around the pool area was almost impossible.

The place is amazing. For a 3-star hotel, it's actually pretty. I wish they have a signage outside that could indicate the hotel itself.

I have stayed in this particular go hotel many times, very handy for the mall and also the bus terminal behind the mall if you are travelling on anywhere from town.

I had a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were great, with free Wi-Fi and a nice breakfast selection.

Dottie’s Place in Butuan proved to be an excellent venue for our SGLPA Grand Communication held last January.

Our favorite hotel :-) We stayed in May and I have another reservation for a little longer and we will definitely be back :-)

We were just walk-in guests, but the hotel staff welcomed us warmly and provided excellent service from the moment we arrived.

Rooms are clean, Wi-Fi is adequate, but there is No hot water at all and only one towel, but they will provide another if you ask. There is street noise during the day but it gets quiet at night.

It’s a huge venue that can host 200–300 people, perfect for seminars or summits. I expected it to be hot since it’s in Butuan, but it wasn’t because the air conditioning kept the place comfortable.

Good stay for a night.
I came late travelling Surigao to Butuan. Book this while on the bus.

I visited in April for the 5th time, the rooms are beautiful, the staff are lovely and very happy to chat, the swimming pool is great.
I'm looking forward to coming back in October.

Can't really rate the place for it's rooms as we did not stay there. We went for a day pass just to swim. It was quiet, peaceful, and the staff was amazing. The food was good too!

I felt welcomed at Kamalig Ng Caraga Hotel. Everyone was kind. The room was extremely clean and comfortable for me. The real stars were the cats, Bear and Fefe.

For the third time I booked a room at this place I was completely shocked by the change in hospitality. Perhaps my first two check ins set the bar too high.

I've lost track of the number of times I've chosen to stay at this newly built modern hotel in Butuan. It's affordability and prime location make it an unbeatable choice.

Clean and unexpensive, small rooms and nice welcoming.

They have Family and Delux room. Prices are cheap but the room is good, CR is clean and doesn't have odor. They got TV and Aircon. Bed is little noisy, but the room is sound proof though.

Rooms are decent. You can have options to stay in 12 hours or 24 hours from the time you came in. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Working air-condition and hot and cold shower.

It's located little outside of city but I have my motorbike so no problem. If you want a more budget friendly place this is is. Friendly staff.

The place is secured with a CCTV around the subdivision. It is also near to the malls, hotels, and city.

Nice place the houses are fine and all are two storey detach houses. No traffic and very neat.

For the price it’s very good if you’re travelling. Very clean with breakfast and affordable. Food options and 2 shopping centres very close. No reason to complain.
