It’s sad to say that hotel is going down. The internet is not working well and if you want to swim in the pool you need to pay 100 pesos for the towel it should be free since you are paying for the room. Never experience a hotel like that. And also, when we go out and came back the electricity power is not working, we need to call the front desk to fix it. Hope the hotel will get better soon. I know that there’s pandemic going on and hotels are struggling.

One of the beautiful hotel in Butuan City, good foods, and also it's accommodating staffs. I love the hotel rooms and the pool side area also and I hope someday we can stay again with my family.

It's my second stay in this hotel and it's a nice place to stay while in Butuan.

Poor customer service. They didn't even bother to accompany you in your room. Breakfast is not good. In general, it does not compensate on what you paid for.

The place is superb with stylish interior design specially on Christmas season, blue colored pool, craetive cuisines, tasting menus and extra ordinary amenities. One of the best hotels in Caraga Region.

I have been checkin in for two years now and they have not failed me everytime I stay. I love the spacious room and and the view for breakfast and dinner. The receptionists are nice and polite. However, the kitchen folks take too long to answer my calls especially when I’m really hungry. Food offerings are quite pricey. I recommend checking out Margie’s, Tuna Republik and Baron’s as well.

High price for small rooms, the fridge didn’t work and had to pay for a bucket of ice.

Well the fridge not working properly and to charge 50 p for small bucket of ice is not a good thing in my opinion.

The exterior looks nice but when you get inside, the rooms are small (Executive King Size), the food doesn’t taste good, the telephone is not working. I use to go up and down to ask for room service. No lift available. There is a wedding reception next to the swimming pool. The front desk staff cannot accommodate more customers due to lack persons at the reception desk. I hope they can find ways for these so other future customers will have comfortable stay.

Ambiance is very igniting and classy. Good lights combination. Only thing, the food was plain and dry. Why not Try to Improve your food service for complete and satisfying stay of your customers? I'm sure your chefs can do.

It’s actually very nice lobby but HOT they don’t have good air-condition. The food was fine but the serving time is too slow! We ordered a food and took us at least 20-30minutes to get our food the swimming pool is clean and beautiful. The size of the bedroom is spacious for the price u pay. Its clean! I've been here to attend a wedding celebration. This hotel is great. Nice venue for a celebration :) Maybe I will try to check in here soon when I have important transaction in Butuan for few days :)

Good hotel, a bit loud air conditioning but nice room and good restaurant.

I find the place comfortable and very pleasing to the eye. However, I felt a bit off about their complimentary breakfast. There was not much options for non-pork eaters and the staff in charge are not so accommodating.

Relatively new hotel in Butuan. Loved the pool. Breakfast was good and hot and included in the room price. Only small issue was possibly the rooms should have more than 2 towels for a 2 bed room.

Newest hotel in Butuan City. The Architectural design is not that good. It’s just simple. But they managed to make it look good enough to make their costumers feel relaxed.

This place speaks for the common phrase "Looks can be deceiving". Why I rated only 2?
1. The staff don't know courtesy.
2. It took us almost 15mins at the reception area to check in.
3. No elevator. You have to drag your luggage all the way up or down.
4. No mirror in the room. You still have to go to the bathroom to check yourself.
5. There's kettle but no cup and saucer.
6. No bidet in the toilet. No hand towels. No hair dryer.
7. And worst of all, saw 3 dead coackroaches inside the room. Water is so smelly. Mabaho dun sa may ground floor malapit sa room namin.
8. No variety of food to eat at breakfast. At maraming pang langaw!
I shall never return to this place.

The cost of the hotel is low compared to other hotels in the city.

Perfect place to spend with my family… kids are so happy and spend almost their whole morning in the pool. Staff are accommodating. I rate 4 because I just want to add something if the management may put some exhaus fan in their comfort room… But tolally the the place is so relaxing… Thank u Oazis Hotel.

Were having a good time in our 3 nights stay in this hotel. The room is okay, we have a nice pool view. But there is a hole under the TV where you put the cable box and this hole is going to the other room, we even can see the man sleeping in the other room so take care not to walk naked management should fix that… we stay in room 260. Swimming pool is perfect and nice big enough, my daughter enjoy so much. The food is okay lang, there is nothing special, and I love the shrimps sinigang. The staff is very friendly, always smiling, and always accomodate us especially my classmate Rofmer who is working there in the restaurant. The other Good thing we like also is they dont allowed someone to use pool if not check in guest, so we are lucky because during our stay we almost owned the whole pool. In our 3nights stay they have a wedding ceremony in the function hall where it just beside in the pool, so if you are not shy to swim where there is wedding guest well good for you :)
Why 4 star? Because only the breakfast we dont like. There is no more new food to serve, so we are always unlucky especially we woke up so late so we are in the restaurant 9am and almost no more food to choose for breakfast so better go early. They have breakfast from 6am up to 10am.
