The Lind Boracay

This was our first stay at The Lind, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless. After a full day out, it was always nice coming back to a room that felt comfortable and well-maintained.
Food was great. The boodle dinner was plentiful and delicious, and the cocktails were excellent. We also enjoyed the Thai buffet at Yims—everything we tried was very good.
My boys especially looked forward to the breakfast buffet each morning before spending hours in The Lind's beautiful swimming pools. They definitely made the most of their swim time!
Most of all, we appreciated the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire team for making our first visit such a memorable one. We hope to be back again soon.

Great swimming pools and direct beachfront access to the famous White Beach of Boracay. Rooms are beautiful, large and clean. Restaurants inside the resort have good variety of food. Breakfast selection is also good. Service is friendly. There is a Kids Club for the young kids to do arts and crafts activities.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Lind Boracay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with immaculate facilities and a fantastic location right on a quieter stretch of the island. Having access to a private beach made such a difference — it was peaceful, relaxing, and away from the crowds, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The spa was another standout. The massages and facials were excellent and incredibly good value for money. A special thank you to Arvy, Love, and Dhen for their amazing treatments and professionalism.
The buffet breakfast is definitely worth including with your stay. There was a fantastic selection every morning and the service was exceptional. Bryelle and Peter at breakfast always made us feel so welcome, and Ralph provided wonderful service throughout our meals.
What truly makes this hotel special though is its people. Every single staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive. Special mentions to Leo and Brian from the concierge team, as well as Chris, who all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
The Lind Boracay delivers not only a beautiful luxury resort experience, but also outstanding hospitality from a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boracay.

This hotel is marketed as a five-star property, but our experience was anything but. During our stay, we discovered bedbugs in our room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one at this price point.
We immediately notified management, and the hotel’s own specialized team confirmed that it was indeed bedbugs. Despite this, we were told the hotel was at full capacity and that they could not move us to another room, leaving us without a safe or habitable place to stay.
Instead of offering a refund or proper resolution, the hotel only offered a 20% discount on the spa, which was insulting given the seriousness of the situation. We requested a refund and were denied. What followed was 2 full days of back-and-forth communication covering the day of our friend’s wedding (the main reason for our stay) and the day we checked out, with the hotel repeatedly stating they “couldn’t do anything, ” despite confirming the bedbug infestation.
It was only until the bride, groom, and father of the bride stepped in so the hotel would sanitize all our belongings.
Between the health concern, lack of accountability, and poor customer service, this was an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. I will never stay at this hotel again and would strongly caution others before booking.

Everything was good except breakfast. There was a lot of options but something is missing. Anyway, we had a wonderful stay in this hotel. I love the room however the view is disappointing. Our view is an abandoned and creepy restaurant I think. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The size of the room is perfect. It was big. The pool was nice and clean.

One of my partner & I’s favourite hotels in the Philippines. Ideally situated in Station 1 at a quiet section of White Beach, and their private beach area was ideal.
The food and service all excellent alongside spacious & clean rooms. Additionally, every amenity was thoroughly thought out…flip flops, beach towels, tote bags and the keyring gifts are a nice touch.
Can’t wait to return!

First off I want to give a special mention to Christian Baldisimo. He did everything he could to help us in a very stressful situation where our plane was cancelled and we were stuck in Cataclan with no accomodation. He drove us around and tried about 6 different hotels with no luck. Eventually we were able to go back to Boracay and return to the Lind.
I had an amazing stay at The Lind Boracay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views that really make the experience feel special. The staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
The food was amazing throughout my stay, and the breakfast buffet in particular was very good with plenty of variety. I also spent time at the spa centre, which was fantastic and incredibly relaxing—definitely a highlight.
Overall, a wonderful hotel and an unforgettable experience. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is well located and directly on the beach, offering good opportunities for swimming and water activities. Around the hotel and along the beach, there are many cafés and restaurants.
I gave three points for the service for the following reasons:
1. On the day of our arrival, there was a party in the hotel late at night, around 23:30. It was very noisy, and we were not informed in advance. When I called the front desk to ask about the shouting and loud music, I was simply told that there was a party and that it would stop at some point.
2. I gave two shirts for cleaning because they had a smell of humidity. When I received them, they were not cleaned at all and were full of stains. When I asked the staff about this, they said they did not know what happened. They offered to waive the cleaning fee for the shirts they damaged.
Additionally, we were supposed to leave early at 06:00 to catch our flight and were offered a takeaway breakfast. Unfortunately, we received only about half of what we had requested.
The buffet breakfast itself was good.

This place is wonderful… rooms were nice, food was excellent, and then the events appear, which happened two of the three nights we were here. I’d read about the inconvenience when events were happening but I’ve never seen a hotel where the events venue is quite literally right in the middle of the hotel courtyard where everyone gets a front row experience. It’s bad enough that one night there was a wedding that the entire resort had to listen to and pretty much be a part of, (which luckily ended at 10pm) but on our last night there was a corporate event that has music blaring apparently until 1am. Even though it was supposedly only supposed to be inside, every time a door opens I could sing along to the music inside of my room. The bass is also blasting. The front desk acted like this was the first time that anyone complained about the noise and just nodded and apologized. It was beyond frustrating. There was as absolutely zero consideration for guests and it seems like the management and ownership prioritize loud, disruptive events over guest comfort. I had read similar reviews to mind and figured that people were just being picky and difficult but I have to say that I think they were being kind. I booked this hotel and paid a premium because Station 1 is supposed to be quieter than D Mall and at this point I am beyond frustrated. The Lind needs to do better. Avoid this place if you want a restful night.

Excellent location, great rooms. Great breakfast. Nice pools although the few loungers get taken quickly. The thai restaurant was very good and main restaurant fair but pricey. Check in was a bit chaotic. It was nice to give passports at the arrival lounge to 'check-in', but then we had to repeat the process at the hotel. The daily deposit was a suprise and debit cards not accepted. However, still a great place to stay.

Oh my God — this is truly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
I come here once a year, and I have to say, GM Zsolt is doing an amazing job. There’s something extra special about this resort since he took over. I actually met him and his lovely wife on the beach a few years ago — they’re dog lovers just like me!
From the moment I stepped into my room, everything was fantastic. The weather wasn’t great the day I checked in, but honestly, I didn’t even care — the room was so beautiful and comfortable that staying in was pure joy.
The TV channels are great (lots of movies on HBO! ), and the coffee machine makes really good coffee — and as someone who grew up in Italy, trust me, that means a lot! ☕😄
The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed — super comfy and large. There’s even a gym, and they offer free yoga classes too ❤️❤️❤️! Love it.
The Lind truly feels like a little village — it has everything you could possibly need, so you don’t even have to leave the resort. The breakfast and food are amazing, and the staff are wonderful and well trained.

Service was good from 1st arrival till my last day of departure. The only improvement is Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi too slow.

It’s a great resort with good sized garden view rooms BUT some issues spoiled our first 2 days. Leak in the bathroom sink which was fixed quickly, no internet due to “cabling”. Upon check in no one informed us. No one advised us that when we booked either. Only after numerous complaints a broadband installed. And after a day of swimming and walking our horrors to discover sand in our bed! How it got there, who knows. We were just too tired and frustrated to complain so we just dusted it off. But day 2 we saw there was more near our feet! All night we were itchy. Now we wonder if the linen was even clean! Wasted half a day waiting for a room change. Not a very good start or impression. Service has a lot to be desired.

Great hotel with amazing staff! The pools and the beach access is perfect for an island getaway. Romantic dinner also highly recommended.
