Pinnacle Boracay

We stayed for 5 nights, and overall we couldn’t ask for a better experience.
The room with balcony was big, clean and new.
Breakfast was decent — included eggs, fruits, vegetables and some rise with bacon.
They changed the breakfast a little bit every day. The staff were amazing. Friendly and ready to help in any time — even at the middle of the night. We also used the laundry service (cost 350 pesos for one machine) and the laundry came back with fresh sent and folded.
The location of this hotel is perfect. 2 minutes walk to the beach, and they have free shuttle to Dmall.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at Pinnacle! The place is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were kind and very approachable.
There’s a 3 to 4-minute walk down the stairs to the beach, so brace yourself for a little cardio, especially on the way back up to the hotel.
I'll definitely consider coming back. Thank you for making my first Boracay trip so special! 🌊🌴

Stayed four nights with family. The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. It's a short walk to White Beach via a dedicated walkway — but worth noting there are steep stairs, so that's worth keeping in mind if you have mobility issues. For us, it was just a bit of exercise. Everything was pretty smooth and comfortable. The main drawback is that this place is devoid of charm. Feels a bit like a business hotel, and you're a bit away from the beach. Also, the hotel restaurant was nothing to write home about, although it's easy to walk down the beach for lots of other dining options. Our breakfast was included, which was convenient, but eating it in their drab ballroom was kind of a bummer. One more thing — our room had sort of an "open" bathroom with glass walls and no door; you can close the door to the toilet, but it's not a full door. So privacy from your roommates is so-so. Next time I'll probably go for something a bit more rustic but on the beach. If you prefer cleanliness and comfort (and don't mind the steep stairs to the beach and glass walls in the bathroom), this is a good pick.

Loved our stay! Breakfast was good (Mostly Pinoy options but with bread and cereal). Rooms were impeccably clean and the place was relaxing. Staff were attentive and friendly. Beachfront with powdery white sand (shared with Lind) is accessible directly from the hotel. Great value. Will come back!

A pleasant, well-maintained hotel with a very friendly staff. The hotel does not face the beach, but we stayed in a room on the 5th floor with a balcony and a sea view.
​The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions, and a reasonably priced paid shuttle service to and from MPH airport.
​We would especially like to mention the wonderful Camille, who takes care of the guests' needs with a smile.

The Pinnacle Boracay was super warm and welcoming. The shuttle service was a huge plus — they pick you up and drop you off anytime you need, which made everything so easy.
Our room was spotless when we arrived. The private walkway to the beach was really nice too since it wasn’t crowded at all. Breakfast was great, just more on the Pinoy side than Western.
The infinity pool has a really nice setup, plus there’s a kiddie pool right next to it. Perfect spot to just chill, and you can order food and drinks while hanging out by the pool.

My family had a memorable stay at this hotel. We truly enjoyed the pool, and our room offered a beautiful pool view. The bed was also very comfortable, which made our stay even better.

We were informed via email that we would be picked up at Caticlan Airport by the Bamboo Travel and Tours booth. Your team was aware of our flight details, including our arrival time at 12:00 PM.
Upon arrival, we were told that all ports to Boracay had been closed as of 12:00 PM due to the storm. Shortly after securing accommodation on the mainland, we were informed at 1:15 PM that the ports had been extended to operate until 2:00 PM. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
While we understand that weather disruptions are beyond anyone’s control, the complete lack of timely communication from your team is inexcusable. Had we been properly advised of the situation or potential port closures in advance, we would have adjusted our travel plans accordingly to ensure our timely arrival.
As a hotel, it is your responsibility to coordinate and communicate effectively with your guests, especially during weather-related disruptions. The failure to do so has left us stranded on the mainland, and we now face the possibility of missing the wedding we specifically traveled for.
We are extremely disappointed in The Pinnacle’s handling of this situation. Based on this experience, we cannot in good conscience recommend your property—particularly to guests traveling for important events.

Just located at the back of the Lind. So you basically share the beachfront with them and their restaurants as well. Love the garden tunnel view.
Angellique and the rest of the staff were all helpful during our stay. The breakfast options should be improved though, and maybe better presentation. Thanks for the cake as well. Love it. The pool is almost empty every single day because most guest of this hotel are for business.

Ms. Eds reach out to us and apologise for what happened during check in process. Me and my brother appreciate the gesture and it shows that they took seriously all feedback relayed to them. They redeemed themselves from 1 star to 4star.

I Had a very disappointing check in experience today September 15, 2025 at Pinnacle.
My brother was so excited for me to experience your hospitality and the facility. He had a multiple visit and all those was great.
EXCEPT FOR TODAY.
We arrived early around 12plus. We understand that it’s early so we waited for the actual check in time.
Meantime the reception checked our booking and necessary docs.
She handover a paper the length of stay. I was confused that it is different from what I’ve booked. (my first disappointment) first impression was off already. I corrected her with the correct date and stay. Since its still early we decided to have lunch.
Came back at 2pm and checked if we can proceed checking in. They just said (‘they are still finalising something, check in will be at 3pm? ) in the hotel advertisement says 14:00 check in. So we have no choice to wait. There is no proper update of the situation. 2:45pm still no progress. I am really upset and asked if I can speak to their manager. Another excuse said that Ms. Eds is busy.
3pm and I have to follow up again if we can relax in our room.

Mornings were the best — with buffet style breakfast and high grade ingredients I believe. Those egg options makes me feel I’m taken care of really. I really enjoyed mornings and night swimming in the pool that is so serene. Just one thing, I don’t know is it really a trend that there are no matts in hotels but plus points to the make up mirror my girlfriend loves it she just wishes she brought an air blower.

If you’re seeking a serene escape in Boracay that combines luxury, privacy, and natural beauty, Pinnacle Resort & Villas is a must-visit. Tucked away in the quieter part of Station 1, this hidden gem offers an experience far beyond the usual island getaway.
Rooms are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and many come with breathtaking views. We were fortunate to stay in one of their best rooms, complete with a veranda and a sea view—it was a dream. The resort also features two inviting pools and private beach access, just a short walk away. The beach is clean, peaceful, and perfect for watching the sunset without the crowds.
We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from D’Mall and CityMall (available from 8 AM to 5 PM) —a convenient perk that made getting around hassle-free.
The warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Special thanks to Ma’am Eds for the personal welcome, and to Miss Beverly, Miss Phoebe, and Elizar from Housekeeping for the excellent service. Our room was always spotless, thanks to Elizar’s attention to detail.

We loved our stay at Pinnacle.
Booking the hotel was very easy, you can chat to them directly on Messenger and they will reply in a very timely manner.
They do their best to accommodate your requests. We asked for a room near the pool and they delivered.
We booked all our activities through them.
The location was fantastic. While they do not front the beach, the walk to the beach was very easy with stairs and on the way back you could wash off the sand with the faucet conveniently located halfway up the stairs.
You can walk almost everywhere from this hotel. It was also very close to Diniwid beach and the ruins at the top of station 1.
The team was professional, so friendly and accommodating. There was always someone available to help with your queries and requests during your stay.

We had the best time at Pinnacle! We held our training at the resort and we, the facilitators, and our participants loved it. Food was really good. Rooms were always maintained. Staff and OJTs were very friendly and accommodating. They were very receptive to our needs and requests.
We look forward to holding another training here again!

Located at the end of station 1, share the same drive way and beach of The Lind (they do have their own sunbed and private areas).
Very competitive pricing in comparison with even better service. The team of staff are all young and energetic, super eager to help.
Rooms are spacious and apartment — like with one main restaurant and main pool facility. Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back plus recommend to family group.

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience overall. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast was decent. While reaching the beachfront involves navigating quite a few stairs, it was manageable. The gym was compact, which was fine, though maintaining it better would enhance the experience as it had a slightly odd smell. All in all, our stay was great, and we would gladly be back in the future.

Pinnacle Boracay is an amazing host. As returning guests, they made us feel the warmth and welcoming atmosphere during our whole stay just like our first. They are always ready to give their best effort to accommodate us. They even upgraded our rooms so we had a more luxurious and comfortable stay! Food is delicious. We love their pizza and pasta! Staffs are polite and attentive, kid-friendly and very patient with our requests. Kudos to your dependable crews — Sir Nathan, Ms Beverlee, Sir James and Ms Cherry!
