POOR COSTUMER SERVICE, aircon and lights are busted!
My office mate stayed there yesterday 8pm after a long work, before we check in we asked for show room, the reception girl told us that the light is busted and there’s no more technician to fix it, so we ask for the discount and the owner said that we can’t avail discount… since it’s already late at night and also my daughter suffering from diarrhea and heavy rains we decided to get 2 standard room which is room 8 and 9 located at the 3rd floor. We open the aircon but it’s busted hindi lumalamig! So going down again to the receptionist and asked kung anung pwd nila I offer s guest nila since fault nila na ipagamit ang 2 room n sira ang aircon … a long conversation to the owner LUCA BURELLO tru chat and ang ending gumamit kami nang electric fan or upgrade nang room but we have to pay 1900 for each room. Anu to SCAM … late at night mag papa book kyo s room n sira ang aircon which is 1400 ang cost Tpos pag Wla magawa ang guest mag book sila nang mas mahal. The owner seems to forget what is costumer service all about! So since we can’t afford 3800 for 2 room. We decided to go out and look for another hotel despite of heavy rains and sick daughter. To tell you Ms owner sa ibng hotel nag offer sila nang upgrade with the same payment kasi fault nila ang mag book s room na me problem.

Stayed there before spacious room, the only thing I don't like the guard on duty sleeps while at ask him, he said the owner allows him to sleep, so what's the point of having a guard.

A fantastic hotel, clean and very comfortable rooms at a very affordable price, showers were not very powerful but didn't stop me from showering. Staff were very friendly and helpful. On the main road but 3 mins from beach with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Really decent middle-of-the-road hotel; my dad hated it. I liked this place; large spacious rooms, decent beds, A/C worked well, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The restaurant was so-so at best. But the location was excellent. My dad basically had a rage fit because the hotel called him a cab and then charged a 160php commission for the service (added to the cab fair). That really tweeked his noodle and he switched hotels. Me however, it is what it is, and if you want a decent reasonably priced no frills place to stay this is a good choice.

Average Hotel at the main road so its quiet noisy! they have different rooms so you better check out the rooms first! some rooms are too small for me! some rooms are good some not so good but all in all the place is okay to stay for a few days.

Room full of big, but the bathroom water would not drain, the room no electric water bottle, to be filled with water only go to the room to public area to get water, Wi-Fi is in public areas with a cable, to reach the room after the signal is extremely weak, barely able to see the text messages, waiter attitude good.

Not bad for price. But the Korean restaurant in the hotel is garbage. It is expensive and tasteless, especially the owner's disgust.

Get what you pay for. Clean rooms. Very Close to all the action. Mini bar in room. Local shop next door (24hrs). No lift but hotel only on two floors. Big flat screen TV with good cable channels. Bar on site. Would recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and functionally well furnished. Flat screen TV, kettle, a selection of instant coffee, 2 cups and 2 glasses. There is also ample storage space in cupboards and a well-functioning air conditioner with remote control. A fridge/mini bar is very well filled with 2 bottles of a 250 ml water and soft drinks, beer, wine, RedBull… so really plentiful. Moderate prices for this e. G. 60 pesos = 1 euro for a cola, 30 p 1 water. There are also various snacks like peanuts. For the mini bar we had to deposit 500 pesos deposit, which were refunded on checkout, minus the drinks/snacks taken. Outside the hotel a room rate of 1500 pesos is declared. As we checked in Sunday night, we got without asking a discount of 160 pesos. The Bezalten 1.340 pesos = 22, 30 Euro are absolutely inexpensive for the facilities and location. Reception is open 24 hours, it is paid in advance. Cash or all major credit cards. Free parking in front of the house or in the locked backyard. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Only negative was the rather hard mattress.
Directly opposite the hotel is the famous Subicbay. The night life here is concise. However, it is very quiet in the room thanks to noise protection double glazing. The bathroom works well, but the faucets are a bit older and a little rusty. But just super cheap.

Very good room, nice and clean. But the staff are not well trained, they didn't even help you with your luggage nor greet you. Breakfast included in our booking are crap.
