Hotel needs a lot of work. Its falling apart.

The place was good, before. We have celebrated a lot of occassions in this place, reason why I booked and have decided to celebrate my son's 2nd birthday here, but was very upset when someone from your front desk janine inspected the villa, w/c enjoyment turned to frustration. We were advice that the pool is only free up to 6pm. Wherein I understand, but the mere fact that we have experienced using the pool for free until 9pm before and from the previous visits that we have like when some of our friends from the cityhall have rented the place last month they have allowed to use the pool for free until 9pm. Is it because all of the villas are vacant reason why you have charged us additional? That's not the right way of treating a customer who have patronized and is actually trying to promote your place. But now we felt that instead of building a relationship with your customers for future transactions you did not loose only us but future transactions and future bookings as well from our families and friends. Very bad experience thats all!

Quiet place and friendry staff. Good foods and services, facility in the room.

Cheap hotel. It's a bit run down but you get what you pay for.

Needed a place to stay for the Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta with my family. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The place is virtually near to everything: fastfood, ATM, convenience stores, pharmacy.

Villas was good enough for a family of six, price is reasonable though the structure is old from the floor to the rest room. We find checking in/out & having our breakfast so unconvenient going to and from villas to the hotel. But all in all we find the place okay.

Room 228 in the other building was creepy. Almost empty occupants, dark, spooky, corner placed. Very small, too high placed tv, a bit dirty, so we upgraded to a suite. The room 102 suite's aircon in the main bldg was so cold but broken louver, broken bidet, a little dirty restroom but roomy. Friendly staff. Safe place. Wasn, 't able to try breakfast.

The staff is very nice with good food and service.

Nice, but expensive. The front gate and pool situation was very nice. The location was ok, but a bit of a walk. Rather safe area, It was like having a private pool during the low season. High price for what you get, but that's true about most of AC. An apartment works out better if you are staying a month or longer.

DM Residente Suites and Villas was recommended to me through an online friend. I decided to check it out and found it to be an excellent hotel. It has very nice quality, especially since their prices are very affordable. The staff was excellent and very friendly. It is near the Clark Economic Zone and Fields Ave, but it is pretty quiet there. I really don't see how you could ask for anything more. It is definitely the place that my wife and I will be staying each time that we are in the area. I placed 7 of my photos of the hotel on this site because there were not any. I hope you enjoy them.

DM Residente Inn… Clean and comfy rooms. With a cute pool. Great value. :-)
