I did not expect too much from the place but I love the shrimp pasta and ooooohhhh my gosh, the chicken caesar salad. Music background is great as well, it feels like I went back to Paris.

I was surprised to find the standard room I took to be spacious. It was very neat, clean and chic. The corridors and hallways were well decorated with original paintings. The bed was very comfortable, the aircon in very good working condition and good hot n cold water pressure in the bathroom complete with toiletries. Wifi in the room was very good. Overall, the room is a very good one for its price and location is very ideal In the Makati area. Only downside is the slow service in the lobby bar and restaurant area due to less number of staff. But that can still be improved soon I hope. May, the lady manager I met is a very nice, pleasant accomodating lady ready to help and assist in all inquiries. I highly recommend this place. Good value for your money and will surely be a great convenient place to stay in Makati.

Good hotel and nice resto too, I little bit of European laid back feel in busy poblacion!

No Wi-Fi, drilling outside room door at 8am. Kindly moved us to penthouse — still no Wi-Fi and ants all over the room. Made the bed once during our week long stay, then claimed we had eaten things from the mini bar we hadn’t. Please note it’s right in the center of the red light district too. Perfect if you want a hooker with low expectations.

Great hotel at an amazing price. Modern industrial rooms with free Wi-Fi. Hotel offers laundry service! Neighborhood is busy with plenty of food and bar options.

Hotel manage by French people and the food the cheese and the wine come from directly from France … good product! Even it is a little expensive (obligatory! ) the manage and the team really friendly!

The breakfast was perfect and delicious. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything seemed to be relatively new which was great. I don't know if they were in the room when I got there or if they were in my luggage but I found a few ant-like, bed bugs. In addition to this, the hotel staff seemed annoyed in general, but not with me when I arrived. The hotel owner and his friends got a little tipsy/drunk which I found rather unusual but they seemed friendly.

Incredibly well designed and decorated. Beautiful artwork in the whole building. The owner is always around to answer any questions and the staff is fun to be around. Great little cafe downstairs. Suggestion: take the stairs as the artwork in the stairways are beautiful.

Great place for authentic home made food, a nice drink with friends, or a cozy night in a truly boutique elegant hotel.

The room we got was tiny, but very clean. The bathroom was more spacious and also quite clean. People might have a problem with the next door karaoke; we got serenaded by mediocre to terrible singers until the wee hours.

Cozy rooms and good quality food! There is no view, however. It is tucked away in a little street, but it's a good walking distance to lots of restaurants.

Love the music I hope they play jazz along with samba. The service is great, people are nice, prim and proper and the same time casual. They have this amazing pizza with feta thin crust that will melt in your mouth & perfect along with their selection of wines. The mouth watering desserts are a must have too. It's a good place to spend time with close friends & families. Perfect to unwind & mingle. Appreciate & laugh about life. We will definitely go back & check-in.

I don't know about the rooms or the stay, but the croissants are buttery heaven.

The place is really nice. It is relaxing yet full of energy. The receiving area is inviting, the dining area is cozy, and our room is stylish. The staffs are all friendly and accommodating. Our room was was consistently clean and in order. Kudos to the owners who are hands-on in taking care of the guests. This is a place that I would recommend to my friends. Plus, the food is really delicious!

I'm not exactly sure why the owners priced this hotel so low. I had an awesome time here. It is a small boutique hotel with a sort of French ambiance. There is definitely a cozy, homelike feel that is mainly due to the staff who is very professional yet also personable. You will immediately notice that everyone works as a team to make sure you are happy. Everything is clean and everything is modern. You can gripe if you want to about low water pressure when taking a shower however that is because you're in the Philippines not necessarily because of the hotel. If you absolutely need water pressure when taking a shower and you have triple the budget to stay at the Shangri-La or another hotel like that then you gotta do what you gotta do. But if you don't mind decent enough water pressure and are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay then Element Boutique Hotel should be your choice. Also, the hotel is close walking distance to bars and nightclubs if that is what you're into. But it is also far enough that you're not inundated by the noise of that atmosphere. If you're looking for a decent priced hotel in the Makati area, I truly hope this review will convince you to stay at this hotel. But if by chance you do not stay at this hotel you should, at the very least, stop by and have dinner. The restaurant is top-notch good, high quality, diligently prepared food. I have had several items on the menu.

A lovely little boutique hotel, lovely spacious rooms and restaurant right in the heart of Makati. Felt right at home there.

The hotel is top and really charming. The room (we took the room in the air) was superb and comfortable. The bathroom was fine. After three weeks of travel it felt good to find comfort as well.
The hotel is brand new and it's beautiful. It is located in a lively area of Manila and well placed. The restaurant is also very good and well inspired from the French cuisine. The sound ambience is also very nice, and the staff welcoming.

The hotel element is ideally located on Makiti Street which facilitated our travels during our stay in the Philippines.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the staff is very welcoming and smiling!

Armand Le Patron is an excellent cook who has been able to delight our taste buds throughout our stay in Love on Manila.
It is also very good advice if you want to visit the surroundings!

I haven't spent a night there since I live a few blocks away, but I got the chance to view their rooms thanks to the owner. They each have their own unique design and look cozy with all the basic amenities needed to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. I always recommend friends visiting to stay there (also because of the great location in Makati) and they all enjoyed it very much.
As for their restaurant, i've eaten there several times and their food is just amazing. Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients and their menu will make you want to taste everything they offer. A must try for all the foodies, you'll not be disappointed!
