Awesome experience. Rooms are spacious, beds are sooo comfy, complete toiletries, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, free breakfast for kids PLUS they setup a simple room decor for my kid's birthday with FREE cake and drinks! Not a crowded hotel, staff are all friendly and accommodating. We will surely come back!

Very nice and clean hotel. Beautiful view on the rooftop with the pool. Nice, spacious and modern looking rooms.

Meranti is THE place to stay. I could've slept forever in the comfortable bed! Food was great. Accommodating staff, and very friendly.

Downside. It took us forever to get from the airport to this place. Rooms are nice. The neighbourhood is lovely and remote. Breakfast is OK. Look and feel is good. We liked the fact that there whew a lot of local visitors and not a lot of Europeans. Swimming pool is a big play with kids.

Their restaurant, Maple, is our go to place if we want some good food, nice ambiance and quiet time. Whenever we go here, there are only a few people dining. Ceiling is high, interiors are simple but classy. Food is reasonably priced. There’s ample parking space. The security guards, waiters and service staff are also very warm and friendly :-)

If you have a reservation problem at this hotel. They are willing to make reasonable adjustments at the managers descretion without added cost. The atmosphere and accomedations are a good value if bought thru expedia or other 3rd party booking sights… the rooms are not huge but adequate… Twin beds only but comfortable with huge pillows. The shower is very nice and relaxiing… if you buy cheap then a cheap Property and lousy service you will get. This place is neither but very nice and pleasant to stay at… Arnold Swartzenegger said best… " I'LL BE BACK! "

Don't arrive at Maple hungry. You'll starve. We all know kitchens can get loaded and promises are hard to keep. I just wish that they had the courtesy to serve bread or what not while you're waiting for your delayed dish.

Nice, decent hotel in QC near the major TV networks and restaurants.

The hotel was very modern and you scan the room cards rather than swiping it. The toiletries provided were very convenient and helpful. Everything was good, from the beds to the food, except we found one cockroach. Will be back again.

We booked thru BOOKING app but when we arrived at the hotel, they seemed don't know about the reservation and treated us as a walkin clients. The room was ok except they forgot to put slippers for the new customers. The rooftop pool was smaller than we expected. Free breakfast buffet every morning was nice. Staffs are decent except the guard on the back door seems making a secret cat call signals to his friends everytime I walk out of the door. So annoying. Another thing is the GPS is directed towards the back door street and not the main entrance. Its good if you have a car but not for commuters. Overall its recommended for the price. Its the cheapest arround the area. So I might go back there again.

Walls are very thin you can clearly hear the next room, rather than that it's ok.

Had a staycation at this hotel. It has superb location, excellent and quick response from their crew and relaxing ambiance. I personally think this hotel should consider enhancing their sound proofing (we could hear other guests from the hallway) and eliminate the foul odor of their basement parking.

Stayed here for 7 days and the staff were really awesome, always helpful and polite. Clean room, towels smells really good, nice shower head and they have all the toiletries you'll need. Comfy bed and pillows and it's really quiet at night.

Room smells good but the pillows too hard. It was too difficult to sleep on my first night. My room is facing a wall, so 100% no view! Breakfast is so simple and basic, there's not a lot of options. It's disappointing because the hotel is owned by Max's Group, operator of a restaurant chain! Location is great, it's near Sm North and the restos of Timog. Check in when I arrived was fast and most of the hotel staff are courteous and polite.

Very accommodating staff, well maintained place. Overall an excellent place to have someone experience a comfortable stay in Quezon City. Our client has stayed here couple of times and he's definitely staying here again once he's back.

Nice and superb hotel. Staff are great and they do all they can to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Though they don't have all great amenities like spa and gym, it's their customer service that creates an impressive experience. I will definitely be coming back.
