The 2 bedroroom suite we stayed in was great and clean. It was spacious and the staff was so attentive. Overall our stay was so great we are thinking of going back again.

A Cozy place to stay when planning to have a "staycation" in Metro. Rooms tagged as Luxurious and Spacious doesn't mean you have to spend expensive vacation always. Here, you can find your vacation truly relaxing in a affordable way! 5star of the staff and amenities and facilities!

I stayed there for 2 days. Got a 2 bedroom suite with breakfast. The rooms will were huge as well as the living room and the kitchen. The accommodation included a breakfast buffet which was very tasty. The best part was the excellent customer service from the front desk. Bell boys to the housekeeping and the waiters at the cafe were the best. They let you feel very important. The only thing I hate was the parking. It’s small and and so hard you have to watch for the opposing traffic or else you can’t pass.

This is amazing hotel. You can even cook your own food because its like your second home. I say that its a second home because they have kitchen, dining and living room. Their kitchen is complete with things you need in preparing the food for family. If you opt not to cook you could eat in their resto at affordable price or you could have some food delivery. If you want to visit malls they have free shuttle.

Pros would be that they have shuttles to the mall. Okay breakfast options which might not appeal to much for foreigners. Would work with Pinoys more. They made some nice improvements on the rooms. Now with neutral colors and not the apple green paint wall that I did not fancy too much from my last stay. Rooms are pretty decent in size. I like the one bedroom suite with the kitchen.

Ideal for gatherings if checked in on a 1BR or 2 BR suite as they have a kitchen and big rooms. Do not expect 5 star food and amenities here what you will get is value for money and space to entertain guess. If you want 5 star service check Sofitel, Shangri-La, Manila Hotel etc.

We checked in to a 1 bedroom room and it was more than what we had expected. The bedroom was big and there is a living room outside the bedroom and the kitchen was also big. This place has swimming and gym facilities and it was great to have stayed here for our vacation. Worth every penny you pay them. Adding to that, the location of the hotel is near the malls such as Shangri la mall and Capitol Commons. I would highly recommend to other people.

This is my second time in staying at this hotel. I liked how the staff is always willing to assist us in whatever we need. They are always polite and courteous.

This is an amazing place in Station 3! There is another Astoria located in Station 1 too. We went there for the free buffet breakfast, then went on a tour of the establishment. They have an amazing infinity pool on the ground floor, and a workout center on the first floor. This is a timeshare, but with so many locations located all throughout the Philippines getting a room for your vacation even on last minute notice would not be an issue. We ended up buying into the timeshare and since we had to stay overnight in Manila before catching our flight home we were able to stay for free at the location in Pasig, which was equally as beautiful.

Rooms are clean and spacious equipped with a fridge, cooking utensils and a stove with complete dining utensils. They also provide you with a clean drinking water and a room service is available. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Building is fairly old bit well maintained. Pool area is usually empty. Nice place to stay if you are looking for a comfortable living space while in Manila.

Nice rooms, facilities and what I like most is the very accommodating personnel and delicious food. Keep up the good work!

Good service, clean big rooms, Cold AC.

Rooms are very much comfortable and spacious, although, the bathroom space is a bit crammed. The complimentary breakfast buffet is also sufficient. Has just enough variety to cater different demands. Not all complimentary toiletries are given upom check-in. Bubble bath, razor, and comb must be requested from the house keeping. The gym and pool area is quite small too and can get easily crowded.

The rooms have been updated which is a major plus as they are cleaner now. The service at the front desk is good, the people at the front door are great. The restaurant is fair and the service is usually good. The location, mainly due to traffic, is now a major factor if I decide to stay there again.

Update: on our next staycation, we got a much smaller room with a bath tub that drained so slowly. Their cable service also has a lot of locked channels.

Christmas was phenomenal in Astoria, cause it is spacious, cosy, and very accommodating staff. We were treated really well by Ms. Nikka Mendoza.

Spacious living, kitchen, dining and sleeping area. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is courteous, accommodating and helpful, too, which is always a plus. Overall, I loved my stay there.

I am a member and it is very difficult to reserve if your from the US they dont answer calls they put you on hold and drop your calls. Even if you have someone book for you who is local there they still make it difficult. I have another time share and it is easy to book, with no issues. This company is the worse.

Very nice PWD room. You can even request for bathing chair. Just be careful in traversing the parking. Quite narrow. Buffet is tasty and adequate with fresh salad pastries fish chicken pork fruits. My favorite is the rich hot chocolate.

Very nice food! Sarap ng buffet! Though I can say, their conference rooms have room for improvement.

Rooms are big but obviously an old design and structure. Accommodating and helpful staff and pretty accessible via public transport too.

We were being forced to pay for a glass that broke in my dad's hand, all while the front desk staff condescendingly accused us of improperly using a glass of water in his own imaginative ways without proof whatsoever. Totally not pro customer, ruined the whole weeks' stay.

The staff are very nice, very welcoming and helpful. When we were checking-in, their system was down and the staff seemed to be at a loss on how to check people in without the system. They spent a lot of time talking to each other which gave the impression they don't know the procedure well. The one bedroom that we stayed in was clean and spacious. The unit is advertised for 2/4 which is 2 private/4 max people. But since the only bathroom is in the bedroom, that made the room truly not private anymore. I am surprised there is no paper towel available in the kitchen. There is a dish cloth but it looks dirty even to the touch. There is not even a hand towel provided in the kitchen. The airconditioning system in the bedroom is blowing directly to the bed. This can cause sickness to the people sleeping in the room. There are so many things that can be improved on this timeshare. When I was looking for an accomodation on this property, they only provide them in chunks of 3 and 4 night stays. If you are doing an exchange of your 1 week for a week with this property, it will cost twice as much as for other timeshare properties. RCI should make special consideration with exchanging this property. Overall, this property has a lot of potential for improvement. If you are used to staying at a US timeshare, be aware of the lack of many other small amenities.

Fairly easy to find as they had a huge sign outside. Got a great deal from deal grocer. Massage and service was great. Even when I was just inquiring, the staff was very accommodating :)

The studio unit we stayed in was hot during daytime. It was boring during our holy week stay coz the commercial area were closed. A few 24hrs shops made our stay bearable.

The rooms were good and really big. We stayed at a 2 bedroom suit and it was huge. It was bigger than a regular 2 bedroom apartment. Downside is service is very bad. They have doormen that don't open doors, servers who are more busy talking to each other rather than doing their jobs. Over all there are just so many ghost employees. Also, the swimming pool is bad. They have fake grass that surrounds the pool that makes it feel soggy and disgusting. For the price I paid I'd rather stay somewhere else with better amenities.

This is one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are spacious, clean and they smell fresh. The facilities are well maintained and the appliances are in good working condition. The full kitchen boasts of complete cooking utensils and paraphernalia that always look like new. The staff are well groomed, courteous, warm and efficient. The food in the cafeteria taste good.

Clean and comfortable. Good location. 15 minute walk to Megamall.

Serviced hotel and residences. Lots of basement parking for residents and guests. Slow elevators.

Complete amenities and facilities for events. Parking can be limited for big events.

Very disappointed, check in on May 1-3, 2016. I was very excited to see their great property & was looking forward to a relaxing last few days in PI before I head back home. But little did I know upon checking in our room we found bed bugs in the sofa crawling ready to feast in our blood. I called & reported the incident immidiately & within 5 minutes they came & saw the bed bugs & took it right away & said housekeeping will get back to us. After about an hour of waiting I called house keeping to see what was going on (I HAD TO CALL, IF I DIDN'T CALL I WOULD HAVE WAITED LONGER), they said that they will replace the sofa, because they are fully book and no room for us to move into. I said if there is one bed bugs then there is bound to have more. I insisted that I would rather move room. Within 15 minutes they called & found another room for us to move into. I thought that I had made a good choice on investing in Astoria Properties now I'm second guessing myself. I hope that I don't experience the same problems in the future in other Astoria Properties. Bad service & I hate bed bugs.

Great for quick getaways within the metro.

This hotel is not for business traveller. important factor is to have fast internet access. they limit to 1mb per room per day.

The best place for a short vacation! Excellent!

Staffs are accommodating, buffet is so-so. The 2 bedroom suite is large, complete with kitchen, dining area and a living room.

A friend of my sister-in-law gave a great deal for us to stay at Astoria Plaza. I don't want to sound ungrateful but I think we got we paid for. We got cheaper rates so we got cheaper service. When we were trying to check in, I asked assistance to get our bags from Basement Parking Level 3 to the lobby. I was endorsed by some kind of supervisor to a seemingly rookie bell boy. The bell boy walked with me until the elevator area and he said he will just see me at B3. So I went ahead and got the bags. I waited for about 3-5 minutes and saw the elevator open 3 times at least. No bell boy appeared. So I braved the bags with me back to the lobby. I told the Customer Service lady what happened and she approached the "supervisor" earlier who endorsed me to the rookie. The supervisor said "Sir nasan na po yung gamit nyo? " I said "Andito na. Ayan o sir. Ako magisa umakyat dahil hindi ko na maantay yung inutusan nyo. " He said "Baka po kumuha ng trolly. Mabagal po kasi ang service elevator namin e. " The solution was simple. The guy could have said, "Sir kuha lang ako ng trolly para me mapaglagyan tayo ng bags nyo. " It is that simple. Set your customer expectation right and deliver on time. That's it. Again, not to be ungrateful since we got a great price cut on this Suite — we were promised bigger beds. Not 2 small beds. Everything else was firefighting. When they heard my complaints, they gave more focus to us. Too late, though. Anyways, we are here to have fun.

Best rooms in ortigas area. Rooms are huge and spacious… Worth the bucks!

My experience is good they provide an ok service and the I love the breakfast of their buffet food. Pricy but worthit.

I attended a seminar at asturia plaza. Place was clean, staff was accomodatig and the food choices is superb… Good place for seminars…

I booked this place through my timeshare RCI and they gave me a studio and I will tell you that is the worst room ever. They took 4 days to get me an extension chord since the way the room was set-up the side beds don't have any outlet. Don't book there studio rooms they are the ugliest. The microwave oven is old, the bathroom sink is clogged, the bed is a spring bed and The hallway walls need some touch up painting since they look really dirty and old. NOT WORTH MY MONEY for that Studio Room I'm paying $200++ for my timeshare and they will just give me this crappy accommodation. Urgh! I stayed there mid November of 2014.

Excellent place to relax.

Spent an afternoon at the hotel for an offsite meeting. The facilities were clean. The staff was accomodating but not too friendly; I expected them to greet every guest they passed in the hallway. They didn't. The food wasn't up to standard either. It was presntable but the taste was kind of bland.
