This hotel is really accommodating especially the housekeeping staff ate Rose and Ma'am Jacky. Super approchable and friendly to the guests and magaling talaga mag linis ng kwarto super clean. Ate Rose is very diligent, and she is really dedicated to her work. Applause!

My first experience to stay in Manila last year was great because of Stone House. The place is conducive and suits my budget. The staff are very good and pleasing especially Hernan who guided me well and answered my inquires. Special commendation to him who lead my experience in Manila memorable. Over-all, I really recommend the place to those who where looking a place to stay in Pasay, Metro Manila.

I will recommend Stone House Pasay for their awesome and good service all over when I stayed last year 2018. I would like also to give my appreciation for the man on the hotel Mr. Hernan Catolico for his effort and service to accommodate me properly when I arrived on the Stone House Pasay.

I loved that I got to book this place at a rushed pace. We needed a place to stay and sleep while waiting for our very early flight. I just hope they had a half-day rate or something like that because we had to pay a whole day fee. But the room and private bath we had was clean and decent. Their food though needs more improvement. But all in all I would still recommend this for those awaiting their flights since it's location is very strategic as it is in the vicinity of the airport.

We have 3 nights stay in this hotel and it's very excellent. From the guard on duty during our arrival, it's very overwhelming to feel that they care. The front desk staffs are very polite, helpful and very accommodating. I wanna say thank you also to Gina for doing a great job. She's very very approachable and I feel at home being with her to support us in any way she can during our stay. They have a great food also. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

The room is very clean, and share bathroom is soon clean too. People are very kind and nice. The location and price are perfect. 24 hours check in, that is so cool! I have a good experience from this hotel. I will come back again.

Reception lady is not accommodating. Room is small and little old, sink in the toilet smell bad. Near from MRT around 3 mins walk. But I prefer Kabayan hotel. Price is little bit high but the service and room is good and 1 min walk from MRT.

Place is clean. Good solo traveler. Very basic. Too cramped for families though.

Affordable room rates. Wifi signal is bad. But they have a nice room. Sulit. Puwede na.

The room was clean. It was really small but you can't really complain given the price. My friends and I swore not to go back here tho. We arrived at the hotel at 3 IN THE MORNING… the person at the lobby was unfriendly and unhelpful. We inquired via agoda if we could check-in during that time and they said yes. But when we got there they did not let us check-in so we had to find a place to stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good food available. But would not walk around this area on night, if you are tourist. But hotel good value for money.

We arrived in the hotel at 1 Am after fetching my friend from Naia 1. The check in was efficient. The room that they gave us was clean and spacious although there was no comforter. The price was cheap so we didn't expect that much but the only problem was that, the door of our room was a tranparent sliding door that only covered by a thick curtain. We weren't able to sleep well as we felt everytime there were people passing by they could see us inside. We thought someone was trying to open the door not knowing that the guest from the room next room was going out and the sliding doors were connected. In the morning we asked if we could transfer to another room but we were advised that they were booked out. If you're looking for a affordable place to stay near airport its good choice but if you're looking for something classy and comfortable place to stay I strongly recommend you to find another hotel.

Rooms are clean and affordable. Although its located near a busy street, a good night sleep is still guaranteed. They offer services to get you places, but taxis and buses are easy to find since it's clise to a terminal. The location is near the airport.

Good place if you're looking for an affordable hotel near the airport, plus point for the hotel provide shuttle service to the airport with a reasonable price, friendly staffs.

Please inform your guests who have single bed accom. For the room good for 6 pax that female and male guests will be mix up in one room so that we can change our booking/room type…

Not far from NAIA Terminal 3. Convenient location close to MRT Taft Avenue and LRT EDSA stations. Helpful and friendly staff.

Near NAIA, MOA and transportation is very accessible. Staffs are good, Wi-Fi is stable, food is great. You get what you pay for. :)

Close to dfa and everything. A good and accessible area if you're facilitating your papers. Price is reasonable too especially if you're on a tight budget.

Great place too go as very well looked after an cheerful ladies always there for you and help round while keeping things easy and reliable for everyone. Friendly talk with an helpful when need things done. Will recommend for those when comes markets and traveling, including comes public transport as everything nearby.

As a budget hotel to some, it is an intermediate hotel in between budget and premier. Fair size room. Modern comforts. Restaurant on ground floor. Tidy and clean hotel. Gina (staff member) with colleagues run a micro bar with restaurant which is a clear essential help to visitors here.

The place is clean. Very near the airport. It's perfect for budget travelers. The rooms are small, though.

We stayed here 6/24/2017 to 7/2/ 2017 I just left Philippines and back to the US, Stone House Hotel Pasay is very nice and clean place to stay, all the staff is very friendly and helpful they make us feel at home. Thank you to Liza for always present when I need my room clean very friendly and always smiling! also Richard at the restaurant that is very friendly and served our breakfast every morning no matter how busy his morning his always smiling … and Gina I can't remember all of their names but I remember their friendlynes and smiles including all the security guards on duty is always welling to help! everyone is wonderful. Bad experience we had on april 20 2017. We had to wait for 1 hour for our food and for us to know our ordered meal was not available in their kitchen and we were not informed about it ahead. Terrible experience we checked out hungry.

If you'd like to enjoy the noise and commotion of the resident highway you've found the perfect place. Otherwise you'll have a sleepless night and be upset by the depressed staff.

Ok rooms. Try not to get a room on the edges of the hotel. Overpass right in front of hotel. Makes sleeping near impossible. Restaurant closes at midnight. Staff are friendly. Food ok.

The hotel was very helpful and the staff was very friendly. The bus station is very accessible.
The room was very small. But the road was almost equal, and it was one night. I didn't like the synthetic bed linen.

The room and bathroom is clean. The area is close to mall of asia and Ninoy Aquino International Airport. When you are some from southern part of the Philippines and would want to buy some pasalubong for your love ones, this hotel is locate close to Baclaran in which you can buy a lot of stuff with just 500 php. :D.

The location is hiking, especially from the domestic terminal. Good service. Very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi for, but free of charge (on bail) give you a choice of movie flashes, which is very original and convenient!
Few blocks small room (I had a single room with a general shower), and I didn't really like their restaurant-dining, although the prices (especially for the hotel restaurant) were also excellent! The hotel is located in a fully renovated building (which used to be completely bent, and now it's really new), so everything is clean and new.
It is also close to 5 minutes, probably to the subway, where it is very easy, safe and overlooked, for example, to a Intramuros or a Chinese cemetery.
Well, it's very satisfying to choose this option.

Having read several negative reviews now its time to write my review about this hotel. This hotel is located very closed to Airport, we came from Terminal 3. Though we stayed here for a night, The room was big enough and there were 2 big beds, The air conditioner was freezing the room, In fact that was the first hotel in the Philippines where we got blankets, otherwise there would be only thin sheets no matter how cold the room would be. The room was clean and orderly maintained. Our room was located at 6th floor and it was very quiet and soundproof. Bathroom was also clean and well sized with hot water shower. The Wi-Fi was also super fast… We didn't have any issue regarding internet connectivity. Breakfast comes with the booking and the hotel restaurant also serves til late night or midnight. Every guest has his or her own issue so I am not going to argue about that. But our stay was very comfortable, even the main road is just outside the hotel, but there was no noise in our room. There is just one thing is missing… Yes, a swimming Pool… else… this hotel is highly recommended. Just use your own senses read all the reviews and yes, don't forget to write your review after your stay.

We stayed their last dec. 6-8 & dec. 12-14/16. Hotel staff are quiet unattentive, rude, disorganized & etc… brown out from 7pm to pass 12mn. No generator. Even charges us the damage wall paper at room # 608 when we check-out on dec. 14/16. Very unsatisfied & disappointed stay at d hotel. The restaurant has a problem on serving the foods. My sister-in-law order an egg omelette w/ mushroom & ham (out-of-stock ham) but they still serve it w/out a ham for breakfast. They did'nt even bother to advice us that there's no ham available before they serve it.

We have to suffer for more than two hours of lack of electricity. The one manning the frontdesk was rude, people checked in the hotel are clamoring for refund but they insisted on leave or stay policy. We asked to speak with their manager but they said that there is no manager on duty and he will be available come 8 in the morning. What hotel has no manager on duty during wee hours?!? We checked out around 230 am because we have an early flight. I left my number at the frontdesk so that the manager could give us an update about the refund or some reaction to our concern regarding the power shortage but still no reaction from them to date… My advise to you, check out other hotels instead so you won't suffer like us.

Great too! Great professionalism starting from the receptionists to the security. Excellent food, is always available to meet guests. The location is perfect to visit Manila safely. Gerry!

Only good thing is that it is close to an airport. It's crazy loud. Rooms stink. Basically you eat smog from a highway which is 2m from the window.

Good only for overnight, not for long term stay.

Rooms are small but very clean. Positive-Towels are okay, bed foam is comfy and not hard, airconditioning is very good. Staffs are friendly especialy the security guard. CR has good lighting and is clean. Food is very good. Negative-The TV has very few channels. No cable. Small servings of the free breakfast but tastes good though :) Recommended! :)

Nice staff, clean place, and the owner sir gary give me a discount. Everybody is very helpful, nice place to stay. I'll recommend to my friends and family this place.
