Comfortable this place I love it.

Ive been there on the 16th of June.
The site says 2100 pesos to be paid including breakfast.
But surprisingly upon paying them in the morning when we are about to leave they asked me to pay 2500 instead.
Though services are really good.

Great place to unwind from a long flight. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service is available to and from the airport. The lobby has a big comfy couch to relax on. Snacks and small toiletries are for sale right by the front desk. Wi-Fi and A/C work great. I will definitely book this hotel again!

Place is very close to terminal 1 Naia but in slum area. No restaurants available, but they can order take away for you. Apartment is still not completed. Rooftop bar is advertised but not finished, but you can sit there and have a drink if you get one in reception. Transfer to airport is free any time.

Local hotel near the airport. For the price, compared with the other local options, you'll expect it to be cleaner and nicer.

The lady on the front desk was rude. She has no respect to fellow Filipino while sa mga foreigners meron. I remember when we checked in there with my boyfriend which is foreigner. She called him "Sir" while ako trinato nya lang na walang respect. She rolled eyes on me, calling me Manang/Ate very informal as if I'm someone she can step feet on. I asked her for a room service and she never listened but when nung yung boyfriend ko ang nag ask, ginawa naman. Well it's true that Filipinos arr friendly and warm but as a customer sa place nila, she should have gave a little respect on me, not only to my foreign boyfriend. This is Philippines but why do you discriminate your fellow Filipino?

This place is a good option for one night stay if you land in Manila little later and have flight the following day. It is close to the airport and provides free ONE WAY shuttle from the airport. On the way to the airport the shuttle took us to wrong terminal (3 instead of 4) and left right away so we had to take a taxi to get to the correct terminal. Took us 15-20 minutes. The area where the hotel is located doesn´t look the best. Room was very clean but kind of small with very small bathroom where we had troubles to close the door. A/C worked well. Breakfast very simple but good. We would recommend this place for short time period only.

Only stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, since I was really staying for a day and a half in the city. Don't stay here if you intend to explore the city or stay for a longer period (2+ days). The hotel is located in a very sketchy neighbourhood, and you won't feel safe to come and go on foot, especially during the evening. The only pros are: It offers free transfer to the airport, which is extremely convenient, and free breakfast, which is okay (egg and toast).

Staff were very helpful. Left 1 carry bag in the shuttle and figured out after I reached airport. Called apartment and have located the carry bag, was notified they will send it to the airport immediately. Not even 10 minutes, driver Arrived at the location were he dropped us off. Very pleased. Great value for money! Clean rooms, directly near the airport, free shuttle service, functioning Wi-Fi, safe area. Couldn't have been better for an airport overnight stay.

Good hotel excellent quality price, super clean, comfortable bed, air conditioning and staff very kind. It offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Also good breakfast (eggs, toast and coffee latte). Too bad the surroundings, a poor neighborhood but that's not the problem, but we couldn't sleep for the noise of the Roosters and the screaming dogs in heat all night.
