Huge ballrooms, nice and friendly staff, cozy-elegant atmosphere.

My family and I love having staycations here. Excellent service and really nice rooms. A big plus for us is the vegan friendly Firehouse Pizza restaurant at the ground floor.

Rooms are great considering the view. One thing to improve is their housekeeping. We tried to ask for bath towels and bathrobes at 3pm, it came very late, like past 7pm. Highly recommended: Baker J and Firehouse Pizza :) ***Receptionists and Lobby staff are approachable.

I celebrated my 69 birthday last year, August 27. The personnel and staff are very accomodating and they surprised mecwitg a bday gift brought into my doorstep inside my room. I was too happy! it thanks Crimson. Hopevto celebrate my bday in the next years to come, God willing!

Crew are very attentive and friendly and the food are great, need to improve thier comfort rooms to put some bidet on toilet bowl and always refill the hand soap on the sink. But overall very nice place — с Jan Dela Rosa и Arlan H. Ricafort.

Room was large with a sitting area with a couch. The room was very clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast area was large. There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone, including tons of bacon. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

A must try buffet at Cafe 8, my husband and I had a dinner date last may 14. I can say the food is good but lacking of variations. Staffs are very accommodating and the facilities are not that big compared to other hotels but still are very good and relaxing.

Hospitality service very poor checking need to wait 2 hours going to ur room pillow smells bad. Staff so lazy specially breakfast buffet nobody want refill the food im asking for syrup for pan cake they told to me finish at 9:15. No smile. From the staff.

I've stay here for 3days and 2 nights together with my friends, this hotel has its excellent service towards its guest, but they dont consider the health of their employee's. My husband works here before for almost 3 years but he didn't recieve any benefits. He also work almost 12 hours a day in this hotel but being paid for only 8 hours. You love your guest but you dont see the value of your employee's. Salute to all R. A in this hotel you guys deserve a better work than this.

A perfect hotel in the heart of the city for staycation, events or business pleasure. All the staff are very friendly & accommodating. A must try buffet at cafe 8. You will surely love your stay.

I was invited to give a talk here in one of the function rooms so my review is focused on that. 1) There is LOTS OF PARKING! They have two levels — the third and fourth floors. 2) The lobby on the 8th floor had lots of tables with comfy chairs. We sat there for about an hour waiting for my turn to talk. It was a pleasant wait because the lobby was very elegant. 3) I gave gave my talk in one of the function rooms which was very classy. Carpeted, well-lit and plush. The food they served was EXCELLENT — Peruvian Ceviche, Salmon, a Salad Bar, all kinds of veggies, a Stuffed Chicken thingy which was tender with a light sauce, Crispy Para and desserts. Coffee was pretty good — they had a couple of little coffee machines that used coffee tubs. 4) The owner loves art and has filled the place with art from local and foreign artists. The names of the function rooms are all last names of famous artists. Such good taste!

They have great variety of food for lunch buffet. And the facilities are really nice like the event room. The comfort room are good even though they don't have videt. And its far. Suggestions they should have CR for each function room so that participants won't need to go far.

I cant remember having stayed at any hotel with such friendly n attentive staff. Highly responsive passionate simple gestures of service shines. The food is just ok but the staff … fantasts.

People here are very accommodating. Facilities are not that big as compared to other hotels but still are very good. I stayed here for a week for an international event so I was able to try the buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the whole duration of my stay; the food is good but lacking variations. Will be 5 stars should they improve food selections.

I would give this hotel with five star rating… the hotel staffs are nice, friendly and approachable… if you just want to relax or kill time, you can go here even if you just to have snack or just a cup of coffee or tea… you can stay either on their outside deck or in their elegant lobby…

The Crimson is a luxury hotel with all the comfort one could expect. Absolute clean, quiet rooms and a large, highly supportive staff, executive lounge with a large breakfast buffet and a really good restaurant and bar. Their shuttle service is cost effective and available 24/7 to take you around the city and back.

We initially booked a Premier Double Room (no breakfast), but upon arrival we decided we want a king bed instead. They upgraded us to a room with king-sized bed for additional 1000 pesos. We stayed at room 2225, which had a good view of the Filinvest grounds. Included in the upgrade was access to the Crimson Executive Club Lounge with unlimited beer and liquors from 6-8pm, breakfast, and many more. Cons, the receptionist advised us that there is light dinner inclusion but when we confirmed its just finger foods. The restaurant didnt have much option so we opted to dine out. Also, the pool is under renovation and there was no information about this during booking. The room didnt have bath tub too. Overall, our stay was quite nice, friendly staff and also bigger parking space compared to other hotels I have been to.

One of my favorite Hotel in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Manila Philippines. Clean, well secured, beautiful. Rooms. Clean and slightly dated but price is very very reasonable. Festival mall is just across the hotel. Good customer service, and breakfast has an array of Filipino to American breakfast.

Awesome place to stay, clean rooms, great service, and one of the best buffets that I've ever eaten at. Also has a outside pool bar and a top floor restaurant and bar.

Service not worthy of a 4 star …

I stayed for three nights. Amenities like Shangri-la, but the price of Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast buffet was great and inexpensive.

High end hotel… expensiiiivvvveeeeeeeee … So whatever you expect on a high end hotel, pretty much that. Good view, nice controlled water, warm or cold. Take your pick. Very clean … oh and EXPENSIVE.

I was really disappointed unlike the previous staycation is amazing. The relaxation I was expected become stressful days. So I decided to go to Festival mall to relax. Crimson will be the last option if ever I will book a reservation again.

Service is superb, and they have nice rooms. The view at the pool is good and it's so relaxing to stay there. Food however is bland.

Service in room was not really good. I found my room was not properly cleaned. Amenities was not replenished. Even on third day when I wished to change my towel I put them on the floor. When I got back to my room, they just hang them in the bathroom. I did put them on the floor. Come onnnn Also when checking out, I found local call charge in my bill which no way I have relatives or friends to call. I was on business trip. Luckily the front desk officer just deducted it from my bill.

Break stalls, no one knows the rooms here. Smoking rooms are awarded even though no smoking room was booked.

Good value for money, food prices are affordable. Staff are nice. Bathroom floor a bit slippery. Best massage I ever had. Good location.

Crimson botel Filinvest is one of the best hotel in Alabang Muntinlupa city. They have cool executive lounge for the soecial guest which has cocktail time with nice foods and yes, the view over looking Alabang night skyline. You might wanna come back to stay here again.

Great hotel, room abd bed were just slightly smelling, so we needed to change. Afterwards, everything was perfect.

The original room some problems, very quickly we had a room, very good scenery and the location, the combination of the grid, the lack of beauty is a little strong a little more, we do not have time to go to the pool and fitness center.

I have been here several times whether its a meeting, a workshop or a personal stay. I must say the hotel conjures the best amenities. Staff are very accommodating, friendly and keen on your needs. Security is ideal for this place so you don't have to worry. Confrence and meeting rooms are outstanding. Food is awesome especially at cafe 8. They offer a mixed and well represented food from around the world. Rooms are not that best but services are impeccable. Has a pool and outdoor bar and a place were kids can run and play. I recommend this to my friends who want to have fun, comfort and leisure. Just across Festival Mall and some minutes away from Alabang Town Center.

The place and the ambiance are heart warming. Its great to know there is a hotel wherein its not just pure glam and high class structured but a heart that is caring for their guests and they have courteous staffs.

All of their staff are courteous and friendly. Pool area is superb! They have a huge area with couches beside the pool plus a mini bar. Rooms are nice as well but the only con is the internet connection.

Very disappointing from check in, at first Joana check us in and ask us to wait as our room is not ready yet (she's ok). We had coffee while waiting. When I ask if the room is ready, it's different receptionist and asked for my I'D. I told her we're already checked in by Joana and just waiting for the room. She still ask for I'D, I gave her my passport but she can't find any paperworks that Joana has done. She finally gave us the room key. Got in the room, a bit outdated and only shower + missing 1 bedside table. So my husband put stuff in the bed! Our luggage took ages to arrive, I have to follow it up 3 X. Then I realise that receptionist have not returned my passport, so have to go down to collect it. We had room service for dinner 2x in a row, service is quick but food not as nice as we expect for 5 star hotel. However we like the Chefs salad but it is not the same when we order it the 2nd night. 2nd breakfast we decided to have ala carte, service is appalling, I have to keep following up for a cup of coffee. I booked for 6 nights so wait and see if service will get from appaling to worse.

Everything was nice on our stay! the staff the guards are all friendly. The room is big. The only hickup was during checkout, took them a long time. We almost missed our scheduled departure.

I will not be recommending this hotel to my friends nor relatives. Funny how this hotel thinks that they are a 5-Star hotel but everything that we experienced during our stay says otherwise. From checking in/checking out, it felt like I was in the 90s. The process was painful. Moreover, everything was analog. In this day and age, checking in and checking out should never be a hassle because of technology. I used credit card for the initial incidental fees but it's been week now and the amount that was charged on my card still hasn't been reverted. I called to follow up today but I was advised by the person I communicated with to just call my bank. I was already hassled, and here they are passing on the responsibility to customers. I wouldn't be surprised if this hotel closes down soon.

Beautiful hotel outside the city. Executive room are spacious and very comfortable with sofa sitting area. No bathtubs… premier rooms are nice as well but the sitting chairs are uncomfortable. Beds are 5 star quality with soft and hard pillow… Wi-Fi is gr8. Chick and mordern. Has a spa outdoor bar and sitting. Breakfast is not very elaborate. Only one live station for eggs. Given a choice between other hotels in the vicinity. Crimson is the best.

Be carfeful… Horrible information given at check in. I volunteered to make a cash deposit of 3, 000 for incidentals, and the guy at the desk asked for my credit card, and he said that they will just take the number and not take anything from the card. HE SAID USING A CARD WOULD BE LESS OF A HASSLE… Two days after I checked out, I realized that they had actually put a hold of 3, 000 on the card, and when I called, they said it would take up t0 14 days to put it back! Ridiculous!

My stay to crimson hotel is very nice, employees are very respectful. The ambiance is very good, food is excellent. Housekeeping is very nice, they always smiling, and respect is there. They are professional mind.

Rooms are really classy and the amenities are spot on, except the pool which is surprisingly small for such a large large building. The layout of the hotel is somewhat confusing, and the fact that the hotel lobby proper is on the 8th floor is quite bewildering. For the same price or even lower, there are other hotels within the area that have better value.

Elvis and maan @ reception, ralph @ executive lounge, marvin @ transpo, andy (not sure of the name, was tired) assistance when me and my daughter checked in so late 11:55pm. These people makes me happy to be pinoy. They define what customer service really means. And ofcourse the place… one of the best hotels. Thank you.

A recommended place to stay, Hotel personnels were polite and hospitable. Unfortunately during our stay, the pool was closed for the pool water was under treatment, but we were allowed to get in into pool site to check. It‘s a lap pool. Very nice.
