Nice place, clean and with air conditioning. Make your reservation in advance because otherwise is surprisingly more expensive. The downside is that it is below the highway and the view is not the best.

Clean new hotel near Manila Airport. It's cheap and surprisingly quiet despite being along the main road. It's quite tricky to get to and the traffic can be horrendous so take that into account. There's no lift but the staff brings your luggage to your room. There's a roof restaurant but the food is pretty basic. If you're looking for a decent breakfast, you won't get it here. Overall it's a functional hotel that offers value for money.

The room was good, clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay. Very near MRT Station. However I was so disappointed when they told me the day of our stay that our booking was cancelled. Beware of this hostel, I heard they do it often.

One of my worst experiences in Asia. First, difficult to find the hotel, no sign and is on the second floor of a building along with other local. The room (or the reception) nothing to do with the photos, the window was boarded up and nothing in the bathroom, not even a jaboncito in the sink. The bed only had a bottom sheet and a blanket, without the other sheet. They don't give you a room key, they say that the have to be in reception, so I didn't feel anything safe. The Wi-Fi barely flushed. There's a lot of noise, but as in any other site in Manila. The truth that I don't know if it was a case in point but I do not understand any positive comment that I see here. The only good thing is that the staff (which in the photos appear with a uniform and actually did not have them) is nice and smiling, and that is close to the airport, bearing in mind that traffic is awful at any time, it is important.

Location near the airport but away from the things to visit. Neighborhood of dubious reputation. In the rooms there are unexpected guests like ants and cockroaches. The hotel restaurant on the rooftop is carried with lots of parsimony, the food you can eat but without any special mention.

Booked a week's stay for our team of seven. It's located in a kinda sketchy neighborhood and it's not very inviting from the outside. They placed us in a room in the other part of the hotel where there was construction going on, so that was kinda funny coz we had to traverse wood planks and machinery to get to our room. They gave us a nice discount for the trouble, though so I guess that was ok. The staff, however, was what made the stay pleasant. They were very helpful and attentive and didn't go cheap on us when we asked for extra towels and other needs. Will probably book here again :)

Cheap and pleasant. Good for short stays and passing through. A little noisy as it's on EDSA highway and take your off lotion for the mosquitoes as the air con suck them into your room in the hundreds. I was pleasantly pleased as the price was so good.

I had booked this hotel for 2 days in May 2017 due to the relatively good reviews. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The first, little fright was a different room than promised in the photos, in the room stood 4 bunk beds for a total of 8 people. Well, I was the only one in this room, and I'd still have seen this faux pas. It was supposed to get worse and that was the deafening noise. The hotel is located directly on a busy high road, and about every 20 minutes there was something like a tram which was also extremely noisy. For me the night was fast to end, although booked 2 days, I checked out the next day. This was the absolute loudest hotel I have experienced in Manila. No more!

Unfortunately no card payment is accepted and it is quite noisy (thanks to "convenient location" right on the main road. Otherwise quite good, clean rooms and the breakfast is OK. The staff is nice.

Unbelievable, this hotel make me feels like at home. 1. The room clean, 2. Smell good, 3. Wide bathroom, 4. Toiletries provide by hotel, 5. Have free flow mineral water and lemon tea. 6. This is the most best thing is l can cooking my own food. 7. Very helpful staff. Just had issues with not getting rooms that we booked. Was able to work around that at least.

We couldn't find the entrance, its on the left side. At front it says Hometown hostel yet doors are locked. This place is good if you just want to stay for a night. Rooftop has minibar and foods available but only few choices. Wifi was not good.

We cancelled the reservation without notifying us, we were told when we got there. It is also on the second floor of a building with no elevator. Very shabby.

Not got the room we booked from India, rather got other rooms and have to adjust… For food there is not much choices… but BBQ Chicken is the best… Rooftop hotel is great.

Good place for overnight stay when you waiting for your next fight.

Well located for VFS and Airport. If you need Wifi this is not the place for you. Overall clean and friendly.

This is a walk up. The entrance is easy to miss (we did miss it) ecause it's on the side of the building. There should be a backlit sign that has the name of the hotel. If you go here, say you should be dropped off Ayala Builders Center.

The hotel entrance is difficult to find from the start. It is located on the left side of the building towards the back. There is no directional signs pointing that out. It is located with other businesses in the same building. There is no elevator, so you have to walk up flights of stairs just to check in. They do not have electronic locks on the rooms, just regular keys. This takes away from feeling secure there. The room was clean. They do have Wi-Fi and offer breakfast.

This place is accessible from Taft MRT and LRT Stations. 1 ride only by Jeepney or MRT. There are malls nearby that is walking distance only. I love their pantry area since they set it up on the roof deck where you can enjoy the scenery. They have nice and cozy rooms. Staffs are very helpful and polite.

Very good Hotel with a reasonable location. For a super night due to the proximity to the airport.

Kind staff and nice place. Really good location as well. Close to mall of asia and the airport.

Surprisingly, I so like this in so many ways: 1. It's strategically located along EDSA (Magallanes). 2. Affordable rate for a neat new room and a large bathroom with hot and cold shower. 3. Paid only Php 1, 750 with free breakfast for 2 during my stay. The room actually has 3 beds. 4. Most of all, the staff are so corteous and very accommodating. I definitely recommend this place!

Very clean and great value for money hotel.

The rooms are new, staff is super, the bathroom good equipment, plenty of towels, give the shampoo and dental kit. The Breakfast is terrible — a solid chemistry. It is possible to only drink coffee three in one, water and eat eggs.

Great service at affordable prices! The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is simply adorable! They also offer a service of transport from and to the airport.

Besides the street. A little bit noisy.
