Looks great on the net sounded great but get there and it’s a tinny bed tinny rooms aircon leaks over the bed so your feet are in wet spot there is no front desk had to wait for someone to come find you
I would give it 1 star out of 5 stars we were to stay 2 nights but cut trip short and went home the next day.

The parking is too far, they won’t let you park in their parking lot lol.

WORST EXPERIENCE! The 2 bedroom we’ve got is not the same as they have advertised. Lots of cockroaches even inside the fridge, disgusting place! We supposed to stay here for 12 nights but had to move out after few days of staying because of the cockroaches.
Definitely not recommending this place! Pros — close to MOA.

We stayed with them for 31 days back in 2015. Their service was great, the staff are very accommodating. All our requests we addressed in a timely manner. The location is the best. I am looking forward to staying with them again this year.

Very nice place to stay, relaxing with their 6 swimming pools. Everybody will enjoy their stay. It is located near the MOA. The room is clean with their accessories, the cooking materials and their dining utensils. Everything you need while you stay, except your personal needs. I can say I want to visit again the stay.

The unit is nice, especially when the terrace view is super enjoyable because it is a nice ambiance for relaxing and the host is kind and if what you need to ask they are responding immediately. Thank you ms. Tricia for accomodating us with my friends. God bless.

Clean, accessable, taxi and grab are easy to call, staffs are accomodating and respectful, cheaper… I wanna come back on this place again, and I recommend to those who wanted to stay longer here in ph… just immediately call them when there are broken things in your room upon you checked in…

My own personal negative experience :This building famously known as STEALING paradise. This had happened over the time but all the hotel workers remained silent about this tragic issue. For those who planning to stay longer here please beware of your personal belongings EVEN in hotel room. Someone might broke in without being found out by you.

The facilities are accommodating and staff are available. We stayed twice. Both apartments were clean and properly equipped. The only issue with both apartments was the A/C units leaked on beds, even in keeping temperatures at the recommended settings. We ended up using extra towel to lay on bed to protect the bed and bedding. We will return because of good location and price.

I stay with the September 2017. The unit was nice, not large by western standards but quite comfortable. I had no problems with anything working with them — — including when I managed to lock myself out and needed to be let in. They did not leave me waiting long in the lobby. I suppose the best recommendation I can offer is I'm not reaching out to see about a longer stay.

While the room config for all the rooms here are basically the same (just slightly better than a bachelor's pad), this agency is very helpful and friendly to visitors. The room is clean, they give you clear instructions, and the pool facilities of the bldg is really a big draw to the place. I usually stay here when watching concerts at the MOA Arena so in terms of location, it's very convenient for my purposes.

Convenient — close to the airport and MOA. Good price for what you get — if you're just looking for a place to sleep and shower.

The room was tiny af. We booked with them thinking that we could use the pool but nope. We had to pay to get access pala. We wouldn't have minded had anyone informed us ahead of time. When we checked in we asked the lady what time the pool closes, that should have been her cue to tell us abt the payment. It was kinda embarrassing because we dint have money on us and the guards were following us around to make sure we didn't go into the pool. But the reason why I gave them a one star review is because when we checked out, their housekeeper or something checked the room we were staying at and she said na yung wiring ng microwave is na-burn daw… We literally used it for 4 minutes to heat up pizza. I unplugged the wire myself and saw no damage AT ALL. So they made us pay a 250php fine for the damage. I mean? Was it our fault na defective yung wiring nila? 4 minutes lang nagamit and then nangyari yun? "Ma'am sorry po talaga. Nasunog po talaga yung wire eh. May charge po 250. " Did they think we intentionally set fire to the damn thing? But we were too tired to argue with the front desk lady so we just let them have it. We are NEVER booking with The Concierge ever again.

I book 2 rooms together. They put one. Room on floor 700 and second room floor 800. Not what I requested) :

Definitively a very good condo to rent. Our condo was clean and well laid out. We will return.

I checked in to this establishment on Jan 31 2018, I was not impressed with the lobby: it has a lot of front desk personnel but nobody greeted us, no help was offered to us to get our suitcases, the host's assistant was in a hurry and wanted us to sign the contract without giving me time to read through it, there were a lot of people in the lobby, not sure if those people are residents, guests or just nosy people. The condo is beautiful as described in the add, the big drawbacks were the lack of hot water, which we badly needed (I had asked the assistant to fix the hot shower, but nothing was done) The bathroom was flooding, the towels were cheap looking, the slippers that were offered to us were almost worn out, the cooking utensils were ugly and worn out as well. The bedsheets were not the whitest (I requested for a white linen) and a little dusty. I was disappointed with the condo, it was not worth the price.

Nice place to stay and reasonal price.

Upon arrival without any greeting, we were asked to immediately sign the contracts for our stay. No opportunities were given for our family to read over the contact before doing so. Even after asking politely to let us read it, the lady was still hassling us to sign the contract. Which of course made me very frustrated as I had to tell her to wait so I could read it properly. No one helped us with our luggage’s at all. We had to put our luggage onto the luggage carrier and push it to our room ourselves. The room itself, was not too bad. It has everything that you need but surely isn’t worth what you pay. The only possitive thing was how beautiful the pool is. But even with that, my family still couldn’t enjoy being around the pools. We had kids playing cards by the pools on the table, which then we were confronted by a staff member rudely that they couldn’t do so. I questioned as to why, as they are only kids. No alcohol or money was involved. She couldn’t even give me an answer. Instead, pulls out the contract out to prove me wrong that it is in the policy which shows the lack of education with how well they know their so called “rules”. Of course! The staff member couldn’t find the policy of where it says that we could not do so. So I asked her to get her manager because of they way she had confronted us, leaves us to do so but never came back to us. Instead, she continued to walk around to tell other guests off for the most stupid reasons.

It's a big neighborhood (premium rental apartments), in the burgeoning game zone. Nearby shopping malls, restaurants, casinos, office buildings … Good Life function, well-managed. It's a great place to live!

Do not rent here. The condos are so small and their staff is not very coordinating. We checked in and some of my family doesn't have room available until later tonight. We have to sleep out in the lobby until 12 am and if you fell asleep in the lobby they will fine you $500. The swimming pool rules are too strict! Do not waste your time and money here! Staff here are sooo rude! Everything is all do not do this. Very racist staff you can't even drink in the lobby with coffee! There's even cockroaches and if you ask for extra pillows or blankets they would charge you! They have washing machine in the unit and it's broken! Every thing is "bawal" you will waste your money and time! Rent somewhere else and get your money worth!

It's ok. with 5 outdoor pools. kiddie playground. has a restaurants and convenient stores ground floor.

This is the 2nd time we stay here. First time no problem. This last time over New Year's our microwave didn't work, only one large pool was open for 1 day, we were there for 2 nites and 3 days. My husband was told to shower first before entering the pool. The outside showers were broken, no handles he had to go to the other end. A lot of other people don't shower before entering, I don't know why they singled him out. We will never go back, roaches in the rooms, poor upkeep.

The only reason why I am still giving this place at least 2 stars is because of the outdoor pool ameneties and the people at the reception including the reservation consultant we had. They were extra nice and helpful. Now down to the room we had: Family suite with two bedrooms. I was extremely disappointed with the room. It wasn’t very well cleaned. We had missing blankets, broken sofabed, air conditioner was broken, and there were bugs crawling. Considering we had children, it wasnt healthy for them.

The place is nice but the persons in charge in the front desk are not that nice.

I rented one room. And I can described the unit as Clean, Complete and Comfort. The place is conducive for relaxation when weekend comes. It combines rest and leisure that family surely will enjoy. Gary assisted us so well. He have been so nice and ccomodated. Our Homebound experience is so nice that I can recommend it to my family and friends. Thanks again Gary for the time and help.

I don't know how it goes here but the guards are gathered in the information lobby when one of them could have stationed at the doors helping the visitors open/close the doors for them. Tsk. Anyways, the pools are great place to relax! Our initial room got aircon problem and my family were immediately transferred to the nearby, more spacious room. Good job!

Not what I expected. They don't accept credit cards, just cash For the amount that I paid (3200) the room is not that great, carpet is dirty with rice/mumo and crumbs. No complimentary soaps and shampoo on the bathroom, went to the front desk to request and they told me someone will come in for those and nothing. Wifi password is not working. And also, saw some cockroah on the bedroom.

Rooms are not worth the price. Many cockroaches. Good views outside and nice pool area. The GF lobby is nice. No receptions.

The place adequate but the price is a little bit much and the different individuals renting apartments there should work together better and should cross promote.

These condos are fairly new. The complex is excelent, but you may find the upkeep undesirable. Units differ from owner to owner. Our unit we rented had tape all over the ceiling, one leg broken off the bed, moldy bathroom, and broken furniture. The elevators had broken hand rails and mirrors. Pools excellent. Close to everything. Unfortunstly, the Philippines do not do much on maintaining and repairs it seems. Once it is new, it is downhill from there on in my opinion.

Great convenience to shopping and attractions nearby. Walking distance actually. The room I had was extremely small. There was a bug problem there as well. The greeters were super-friendly. Why the front desk is manned by security and not someone who had any control over bookings or anything was confusing. Wifi worked fine. Electricity was fine. The window a/c sbould be replaced with some sort of central air.

It's near MOA and they have pool. The room is small but its ok if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

Staff there offers greatly polite service. Otherwise, it is okay. Primarily, the location is awesome for access to the M. O. A. And the Sea Wall.

The room was excellent, comfortable bed and at good location, close to the malls. For me the problem is there services, The Wifi doesn't work as fast as you expected and some guards are not following what you said.

This is good to stay in if you want near to Mall of asia.

We were so annoyed and subrang nastress with our stay at bldg B sea residences instead na nakapagrelax kame. Ms. Paula front desk at lobby area showed us a very bad experience. She didnt explained well some informations that cause such troubles during our stay. She didnt even assist us with our needs. I ask her name and then she said bakit?! in a high tone at nakataas ang kilay. And then I said hindi ako satisfied with the way you speak with us. And then tumalikod na kme at nrinig nmen na ngtawanan sila ng malakas with the guy guard. Hindi na kme bumalik dhil nagopen na elevator. And then the next morning she even said to us that we must pay another for swimming because as per their policy per day ang payment and I said sabe ng pinagbookan nmen it was free for our whole stay but she insist na magbabayad ulit kme without confirming sa person na pinabookan nmen. Nagtataray sya sa guest samen. Was that possible as an employee especially shes at front desk? she didnt even said sorry for her mistakes ng makausap siya ng contact person namen sa pgbobook ng unit dahil nagkamali siya ng sinabe dahil wala naman tlgang payment. Our kids even cried at napahiya kame dhil ayaw niya kme papuntahin sa pool without contacting first our contact person. They must have unity as per condo they allowed to have that kind of renting units. Hindi yung dahil nagrent lng kme ayaw niya kame iaasist.

Such an amazing experience at this condo. We found a kitten, barely the size of my palm in front of the building which she had an infected eye. We asked the security guard in front of the basement where a vet might be and spent the whole day taking care of that poor kitten. We asked the guard if he would be able to give two drops for seven days to the kitten which roamed around the area, and he agreed to do so. I'm so glad and thankful for this experience and the staff and people are so kind and welcoming. I hope to see the man again to thank him and visit the kitten.

Not the best service. Didn't like the fact that they will only accept cash payment. Wi-Fi in my parents room was not working and when they first got in the room there were bugs all over the sofa.

I rented two rooms. It was very clean. I love the area. To Gio, Gary and Mafe. Thxs for your help. I had a relaxing holiday. Communication is great. Keep up the good work.
