I had just checked out from this hotel. I have never had a more pleasant experience in amenities service cleanliness and most of all the staff, From front desk to room service to Dining it was simply amazing. I myself and my family enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back for sure. I fell inlove with this hotel even the items found in the hotel cafe is very pleasantly nostalgic. My warmest thank you to everyone at HEROES HOTEL. You definately became my hero.

Enjoyed the place… grear view of the city…

One of the best hotels for wedding prep. Mr. Dela Serna was of great help to us and he even gave us a present for our wedding! The hotel was absolutely clean, they have friendly staffs and their suite rooms are indeed spacious. Each rooms have different themes and very unique!. All the best for your hotel. It was a great time staying at Heroes Hotel. It didn't feel like quarantine at all. It felt like home. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and visually entertaining for fans of Marvel and DC Universe. The service is superb and most importantly, safe and affordable hotel rooms. 😊❤

The stay at Heroes Hotel was great. Make sure you see Eyanne when she's in the Honesty Cafe. Great smile, conversation and made me feel right at home on my vacation from USA… all the staff is great and will help make your stay a good 1 Well done Eyanne. Did I mention she's a cutie too.

Indeed always a heroes welcome whenever you stay at Heroes hotel! The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere promotes heroism at it's finest. It's nice to also get to experience the honesty cafe which gives hope that indeed there are still a lot of honest people in this world. I also live their Hero mo, sagot ko advocacy in giving back to the community. Indeed a hotel with a purpose. Kudos!

Definitely worth the price, experience, and space for a celebration. The hotel even assisted in fulfilling my requests for the room despite having difficulties. Great place! ❤️ Had the beatles suite. Would try the Avenger Suite next time.

I really enjoyed the stay here. The hotel is really nice, with a superhero theme on every floor. If you are lucky, you might rent the SHIELD room or Avengers room. The prices are decent and the staff is friendly. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but if you use the Grab cars, everything is fine.

A new and vibrant hotel. Location is nice/problematic depending on your itinerary as it is quite next to a busy main highway in metro manila. Very nice rooms. Newly built. Very warm and helpful staff.

This was a wonderful surprise of a hotel. The owner thought about the little things, like thick towels, soft sheets, nice toiletries and nice bathroom fixtures. I was surprised there wasn't a coffee maker in the room but they have coffee brewed in the breakfast room all day (which tasted great). The breakfast itself was your choice of eggs made to order, banana pancakes, French toast, cereals, bread, juice, etc. The owner and staff were all very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The Best Hotel in Manila! If you’re looking for adventure and a home a way from home, this is where you want to be. I booked 11 nights stayed with my wife and 3 daughters from 7/28/18 — 8/8/18. The rooms are very neat, the bathroom was clean and fresh. The interior design was superb! Thank you to the owner Mr. Manny, we had a wonderful time in Heroes hotel. We we’re impressed by his sincerity and hospitality. The security guard, front desk, room attendant and chef are courteous and very helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Very nice and welcoming staff. We went there in April it was hot, when we reached there they offered us very testy ice tea with some sweet. Hotel is on superheroes theme. Very neat and clean hotel. Bar and restaurant is on roof top. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Only locality is an issue. No night club or restaurant is near by. Otherwise it's safe.

I don't often travel and stay in places for more than a day, but those times I did and stayed in hotels, Heroes Hotel is one great place I enjoyed so much. Mannie is right, it is a home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel. I appreciate very much the concept of their Honesty Cafe. It challenges one to do what is right. Keep it up boss Mannie… you and your hotel will surely go a long way.

Its nice. The staff is accommodating. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that you cant eat in your room (hotel policy). But you can eat in the honesty store or at the roofdeck. They have a bar and resto there.

The service at this hotel is impeccable! Mannie the owner as well as his staff are fantastic hosts and make you feel like you are part of a family. They did everything to accommodate me and make my stay an enjoyable one. The rooms are clean and comfortable and breakfast is decent. I highly recommend to stay here!

I loved everything about this hotel! It's uniquely themed and the owner and staff are amazing! They really treated us like superheroes all throughout our stay (3 nights). They are super accomodating and extremely helpful! The free bfast is dynamite and you get to meet a ton of like-minded travelers along the way! They also have amazing tours to see Metro Manila & the islands of the Philippines. If in Metro Manila again — we definitely will come back! And yes the hotel is clean & comfy!

The hotel is new, clean, with many "heroes details" (in the room too) and only 7 kms from the airport (with the skyway u need only 15/20 minutes) The staff and the owners are very helpful. On the last floor there are a restaurant and a bar with the skyscrapers view. On the 4th floor you can enjoy an amazing massage (I ve chosen the combo one and was incredible, the best after one month spent in the Philippines. Good breakfast. Highly reccomended!

Very accommodating staff. The boss is so cool. Love the concept of the different heroes, the honesty café, the rooftop view is awesome. I will recommend this to my friends.

Nice welcome when arriving pretty late due to traffic. Very service minded staff. The rooms are clean and nice and you can actually regulate the temperature on the AC. They have a roof deck with one bar and two restaurants, so you don't have to go far to get a meal. This is good because there is not much to do around the hotel. Bring a map or your GPS to find the hotel, because it's new and most taxi drivers don't know where it is yet.

The staff was so accommodating. I was mixed into the bsckpackers' room with men and I asked to be transferred to another room. I was not prepared for that. I love the idea of their honesty cafe. The roof deck resto was nice though it's still being constructed for finishing touches. I love the cleanliness of the room and the bed was comfortable. Another option for budget rooms.
