Thank you Hotel Ellis for accomodation. The Employees are very amiable, the hotel is elegant and tidy. I can say that you are one of the best hotels in Albay.

(+) Best service, they will go the extra mile for their customers. They have the most helpful and most courteous hotel staff I've experienced. (+) Breakfast buffet is sulit na sulit din. (-) Please provide rugs in the T&B. Water also tends to stay in the sink. TV/Cable (or remote) not working. (-) Stepping out of the elevator can be confusing. The big door that's blocking the entrance to the rooms can be confusing. There are directional signs but can lead you to the stairs instead if it's your first time here. this hotel is recommended because their staff is the best and they are very attentive to your needs.

, our current stay is quiet horrible. I need to make a complaint for the terrible experience. Seriously, for the price I paid. I ve taken a deluxe room for my utmost safety and comfort. The night that we came in the hotel? the 7k? there is a cockroach inside the room. For a deluxe room imagine! I am feeling dizzy so I asked to be left in the room and theres several workers just beside the window who have been talking non stop and dragging metals all through out. I was offered to change rooms but the ambiance and the cleanliness with all the molds in the toilet. First is the hygiene, next is the the comfort. My family is use in travelling and for this amount of money? Its extremely disappointing. You dont even know how safe you will be.

Awesome stayed for 3 nights! Hotel St. Ellis is a perfect place to stay in Legazpi. It is close to the malls, supermarkets and other nearby shops. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. The food was delicious. They allowed us to check in early, provided a free airport transfer (vice versa) and a cake for my parents anniversary! The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns (from booking to check out). We will definitely come back. Thank you very much for your excellent service! We had a great time!

Great hotel and staff was very friendly and was very prompt on service. Rooms were clean and roomservice was good and food was good. I noticed that for a lot of the foods we ordered, they were home made so to speak, even the chips that came with a sandwich, the breakfast buffet was small but, I liked that about it since the food tasted good and you didn't feel overwhelmed to eat and try out all the food. The one thing I will say though to improve is the Wi-Fi. It's very slow in the room and or floor we stayed at (501) to the point where at times I got disconnected while it tried to load the web page. That was my only real issue with the place. The other thing that could be slightly improved was the tv, it was a bit difficult to watch certain shows from the bed, more so when it had subtitles.

The hotel was quite simple. Service in the restaurant are not good. Server has no initiative and lack of knowledge when it comes service. Facilites like restaurant, function room and restroom are untidy and has bad smell. Not well ventilated.

It is the new standard for what is a great hotel right in the center of Legazpi City. It may stand among peers but presently, it has no equal in amenities, facilities, service and most importantly: location.

The best hotel in legaspi after trying several this is our experience. St Ellis professional staff, friendly atmosphere, great variety of food each day. Excellent housekeeping. Has a fantastic pool and spa. Well air-conned weekend entertainments such as ball room dancing, buffet social and much more. We stayed here for 1 month the price is right for what you pay for wont regret a peso spent here. This will be the only hotel we will go to from now on when visiting. Near by malls, laundry place few minutes walk or with motor-tricy.

Food is delicious and service is top notch.

Got a whiff of moldy smell upon entering. Attentive staff. Good food (just wish they could provide group meals, not for 1-2 pax only) Hope they improve.

Chef or cook should learn more cooking styles. Among 6 dishes we ordered only one is good enough. Plain rice is not white. Looks more like NFA rice.

Room 305. We stayed in the standard double bed room. Hotel is very nice and it had a cool pool. They gave us free popcorn and massages. My only complaint would be that there was no hot water in the shower. Other that I love the staff and the hotel here. Everyone was very accommodating.

The location is great. Just waking distance from Ayala Mall and Embarcadero. Its near everything. The place has been there a while so don't expect gleaming floors and walls. The staff was helpful. You can have breakfast buffet to go with your room or just pay for only P200. Book through Agoda so you get discount. They kids really enjoyed the pool which is not that big but clean and has good shade.

Not the same as when I was here 4 years ago. Incomplete room amenities, aircon cover fell when we arrived. The staff were friendly.

Our check-in today was quick. We booked through Agoda and they didn't require me to show the confirmation email anymore. It's a 5-minute walk to Ayala Mall Legazpi which was so convenient for us! Our room was a bit small but it's already good for 2 pax. My favorite part in the room is the bidet in the bathroom! Breakfast is included with our reservation but I have yet to try their buffet. Overall, I'm liking it here.

Rooms: I had the deluxe room. It was big and comfy. Bed was nice. Tho it smelled like an old room. The lights are dim. The curtains was insufficient to cover the whole small window Location: at the city center — everything is just ride beside/near it. Service: excellent customer service. Friendly and accommodating staff. Tho they didn't help me with my small bags.

Location is excellent. The staff have been very helpful. The AC could be better, and the rooms are a bit shall we say tired. But the bed is awesome, the rooms are a good size and did I mention that the location is excellent? I have stayed in loads of hotels in Lagezpi, and Hotel St. Ellis is my new favorite.

No. Don't book here. Room rate was not as promised and the invoice stated we had an extra bed in the room which we didn't have for our daughter. Service is bad… towels were not replaced unless you tell them and sometimes we had none! Restaurant floor was so sticky. Yes, I saw roaches too. Gross.

Unexpectedly horrible experience last night. After a long day, I arrived in Hotel St Ellis, and was given Room 412. There were two huge cockroaches (ipis) one in the bathroom, another one on the desk. My aunt who visited me also saw another cockroach inside the elevator. I complained to front desk staff, Mae Mendoza, about this and she offered to move us into another room. I spoke with her manager Lyra Balasta who apologized for the roaches and explained that this is an old hotel and therefore has cockroaches. I asked her if she expects her customers to know that they will be sleeping beside roaches. Mae later told me that the hotel was fumigated 2 weeks ago and therefore roaches are coming out. It was a nightmare and I demanded a refund. Will never go back to this one.
