ParmView Inn

Rates are very affordable and room is very comfy. They have 2 separate buildings, the main building and the extension which is just a walking distance apart. Family rooms, bunk beds are located in the main building with a shared bathroom. Single room with own bathroom, resto, parking etc. Is located in the extension building. What I loved about this hotel is their solo room which is very small but very comportable. Surely I'll be back soon.

They have two locations the Parmview building and the Guevarra Restuarant building. We stayed in the Guevarra which was about 200m away from Parmview.
We booked several rooms for several people and they got us what we needed — just a place to sleep over for a night. The rooms are clean but just big enough for two people at most. The double rooms are really small and is not recommended for large-bodied couples. The triple rooms are bigger and better, offering 3 beds and more space. The VIP room is similar to the size of the triple and offers a queen sized bed.
The air-con and showers are working well. They offer Wi-Fi, meals, parking, free drinking water. Some of our companions complained about smelly bed sheets. The room doors don't offer much security so leaving valuables is not an option when going out for a stroll.
Overall, the place is good for our budget and satisfied our immediate need.

Ang Ganda po ng mga rooms sa new building kahit Hindi pa fully operated sulit Yung naging experienced ko… sarap po balikan the ambiance is Good friendly staff and budget affordable.

Positive: We spent three days in Legazpi and we're happy that we chose this place. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was more spacious then expexted and equipped with everything you need. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the accommodation was very affordable. The location is good, too. Close to Rizal Ave from where you can take a tricycle or a jeepney to where ever you want to go. We would recommend this place to any future guests! :).

The price for our stay is cheap than to other it means very affordable rate. Location is great. Staff was very friendly & accomodating especially Ms. Joy at the reception area.
Good size room Good first impression, was the attached kitchen that u can use plates & utensils, very fast Wi-Fi connection, secure parking area for ur car or Van, We had a great bonding moments chitchat, eating, laughing at the rooftop @ the cold weather, Great location right in the town centre, 5 to 7 mins to city center such as ayala malls, SM malls and other malls, easy to get nice & yummy foods restaurant. Over all is superb.

I highly recommend Parkview Inn because of its clean rooms, fast Wifi Internet connection and very affordable for backpack travellers. But the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear the noise from the other room. Just make sure to book reservations online to secure a room.

I recommend parmview inn, and give them 5stars, for the very warm accomodation and welcome, very affordable price, clean facilities everything is in order from the room to the pantry to the parking. Friendly and very warm staff, mam joy and maymay.

The cleanest, nicest and almost cheapest place I stayed in the Philippines. The place is small and only a year old, all with spotless clean everything and the best hot shower I had in months.
The owner was even nice enough to put us in the family room (3 bunk beds) with a private bathroom for the same price because we didn’t have a booking and the single bunk rooms were booked out. They also have a lovely kitchen that made me feel right at home and the bathrooms looked brand new and always tidy. Flat screen TV and good Wi-Fi also. Recommended 10/10. Located within a short walking distances to a hospital, laundry places, Robinson’s and LCC supermarket and a 7/11. Located within 2km is the bus terminal and the huge SM Mall (40P tricycle ride). We hired a bike for 500P for 24 hours and a single bunk room cost 800P (400P each).
They said they’re opening another one soon in Legazpi :)
