The reception was good and friendly. The room was rather small. We were near the pool, and there was loud noise from parties on the restaurant and lounge areas both nights we stayed.

Amazing accommodation. The beds are extremely comfortable. The staff are very organised and professional. Breakfast has a buffet style. Unfortunately not many vegetarian options.

Very nice jungle theme hotel fitting of Tarapoto. That comes with a lot of mosquitoes. Have repellent other then that delicious food spacious room. Nice pool and beautiful staff.

Great place in a prime location. Overall hospitality and ambiance is very good. The pool gives immense joy for a family swim.

Going upstairs, the last 2 steps have a different height than the other steps; therefore, you must be careful when going up. Going down is not really noticeable.

Surprisingly good place. Great location clean rooms. Good to spend a couple of nights. Not so many amenities but good as a travel through place.
