They treated us so well and had great recommendations. Our flight out of Tarapoto was cancelled and when we told them, they gave us a discount then offered us ride to the airport for our new flight.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Excellent attentive staff that is always willing to help. They had no problem with changing the breakfast to our specific needs. Overall we had a great experience.

Perfect Place to Rest and Feel at Home.
The Sauce Hotel is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature, a peaceful lake, and lovely pools, exactly what we were looking for to rest.

The room was big and confortable, hot water with pressure and air conditioning was perfect, the resort was amazing with all the green áreas, very relaxing. Fantastic view.

The stay was amazing, nature everywhere, animals, the lake and pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The attention of the reception staff and the service is very careful, friendly and cordial. The hotel facilities are clean, the bathrooms and showers in good condition, the rooms are very comfortable.

I have stayed here 4 times already and I JUST LOVE EVERYTHING! Rooms are perfectly clean and always hot water in their showers.

Lovely place, beautiful views, accommodating and kind staff, and lovely food. Clean amenities to a high standard. Activities include tour of the Laguna sauce by boat.

It was clean, very good mattress, great and very helpful service. The room is comfortable and has mini fridge in it that helps a lot to keep drinks cool. Very good location.

Really nice hotel with lovely owners! really comfy bed and nice shower! we could use the kitchen and we loved the terrace especially for sunsets :-) only negative point: you can only pay by cash.

My partner and I attended a retreat at Chirapa Manta in June 2025 and we cannot say enough good things about this place. It is truly a sanctuary in the high jungle.

One of the few mid range hotels in Peru that offers double beds of proper size (i. E. King), provided you take the most expensive ones without a view.

A pleasant place with hot water (not at night though), a beautiful garden and a good restaurant. Rooms are spacious and cozy. You can still hear a bit of street noise but not too bad.

I enjoyed my stay due to my large room with good a/c, a large bathroom with plentiful hot water, and a restaurant that provided numerous delicious options.

This is a beautiful space off the busy main area of Moyobamba. We had two rooms with terraces and the grounds are nicely maintained and gorgeous. It is quiet and modern.

We stayed for a family vacation. The place is very close to pharmacies and mini market stores. It's has a nice view.
