➜ I don't recommend it at all. I didn't even have to go because when booking and separating the dates by booking, when canceling directly with them 50% of the total stay, we wanted to surprise us with 20$ more, which is because of the booking fee. This is not the first time we have taken booking stays, where therefore, the cost of the commission is already included, in which case, you go up plus the price in booking and ready, but you do not surprise the customer.
It's not about the $20, it's because I don't like people going to live.
The paperwork was done by my husband and for wanting to earn $20 more, they lose a client, other than they don't take the calls on time.
This tb has already been reported to booking so that they do not go live with other people.
➜ Everything around it is under construction, it's not what advertising offers. The service of the poor jacky manager. (The boy who is on the premises in person very friendly). I asked for a room for two adults and two kids and he gave me a small room and they gave me a tiny room and when I asked that if I could attach it or something told me not to leave. And if you have any complaints, there's no complaint book.

I don't recommend it at all! it is nothing that is offered in advertising, too many girls the rooms, a lot of dust, everything is shared the dining room the frigider etc is shared with other visitors, too many people to not respect the protection protocols, pool too small plus it is like a paterita for 12 people… we did not stay because WE HONESTLY did not like it, the staff was not pleasant at all, the room was not even ready xq had just vacated it and according to the young man would finish in half an hour… And I said…? respecting protocols and with all cleaning measures? and he said to me if miss… Nothing to see! it's more people without masks and the staff didn't tell them anything… and for a change fresh because they didn't want to refund the money paid, on top of that they didn't meet what they provided and not have the room ready … we didn't get our money back … happily we find another much nicer and much better and respecting all measures!
