This is a Scam! Got to the location on Sunday August 8th 2021 after booking thru Expedia just to find a Lady siting inside the property (955 Ricardo Palma in Miraflores Lima) to tell me they are no longer a working hotel, told her I was already charged and she just told me again that there was nothing she could do. I am surprised Expedia will allow a scam like this on their platform. Very frustrating and inconvenient as I drove there for nothing.
