The lobby is nice, however the rooms leave a lot to be desired. The area is noisy and tends to run out of light for a long time. Breakfast is not rich.

Very good location to start sightseeing in Lima, the beds are spectacular, and a very important fact, the pick-up service and transfer to the airport excellent! With very professional and safe drivers.

The place was decent, ok location. Some ants in the bed, which was unpleasant. The biggest issue was the front desk called a taxi service (his friend) for us and they charged us over 3x the amount it should have been. It's disappointing to be reminded of how people take advantage of others.

They started renovating the hallway floor where my room was on day 2 of my stay. This meant dust, noise and smell of burning rubber from some type of glue they were cooking in the garden. I'm quite a flexible person but this was really horrible my clothes smell of burnt rubber now and I asked to speak to the manager 2 times but she never responded. Very unfortunate because other than this I liked the room, staff and building so 2 stars left for that. I hope they learn to communicate beforehand if they ever have a similar renovation in the future. That would make all the difference as it would have allowed me to change my plans to be out during the renovation and save my clothes from that awfull smell.

Descent place to stay. A bit expensive for what You get.

On the recommendation of my counter now the is always there. The visitamos. Nos were very good calidad. Muy bien. Todo amables. Rico breakfast, lunch and all inpecable on my next trip visit them again.

Very bad experience. You do not have permissions to the dia to operate as a hotel and I was robbed in the room.
