I have always liked the Hotel "Las Lomas" for its excellent attention, super clean and spacious rooms, in addition to complying with the corresponding protocols. Until yesterday I found it an excellent place, we are unlucky to my partner and me to cross with two very unkind receptionists. It is understood that it is their job to ask for ID, explain the terms, etc. But they were overbearing, they treated us condescendingly, I even felt discriminated against, mistreated and little understood. I had never felt that way and less in a place that I usually go with my partner presisamente because we thought it was a cozy place, desepcionada totally.
