Good service, good location, descent boufett breakfast.

For a budget hotel it's ok. Needs some building repairs though.

The hotel is not seen in very well state of infrastructure. It is well located but its conservation is not appealing to the passengers. The lobby is too small to receive visitors.

I had a lousy experience at this Hotel, the service was not good, the staff was very rude, and those Venezuelan people who serve there, lousy, all to claim the cleanliness of the room, and a savannah stained with dry blood, and hair on the pillows, I was told to shake it and ready, that much problem,,,, that horror,,, I do not recommend it at all…

Hygiene well order too but if we talk about the breakfast service they offer as Buffett is nefarious! The service itself is very slow, there is only 1 person in charge of the replacement and cleanse which is not proactive at all… caters for 8 slices of ham and cheese and 6 rolls for a quantity of 15 passengers having breakfast… little varied and poor, it's a shame they could offer continental breakfast instead of a poor buffet. Since this situation annoys the passengers very much… I say it because we all commented the same thing and went annoying.

Excellent attention. Very friendly staff, room with all the comforts to rest and the dishes for dinner are great, tasty and economical. The only thing that is something scrawny is the breakfast, which despite being buffet you have to be asking for replenishment every time because they put very persons amounts.

The place is modern and the facilities are very good. The location is a bit far from the whole center of Miraflores but has a close proximity to the sea… And the views are very beautiful, the staff is very good and efficient.

No expensive hostel in the nice Miraflores area of Lima where a lot of foreign travelers like to stay. Friendly staff speaking Spanish mostly but basics in English (at the time of our stay) so you'll manage. Very close to the beach but don't expect beach view from the rooms. Street block not special but everything on walking distance. Breakfast basic but okay. 24h service which is great considering your flights to an from Lima. So basic for a very nice price.

They don't have any heating facility neither any of their power point works. Water heater also doesn't work. Only the nice thing about this hotel is their staff.

I would not return as I had a problem with the information about the payment of the shuttle from the airport. The breakfast was very poor in quality.

Friendly staff who spoke English, the room was a triple and room was comfortable I liked the beds with good pillows. The room was clean and tidy. Although if the window was shut could smell a tiny bit damp but nothing to complain about. Was not a big fan of the breakfast but that's because I'm English and probably suits everyone else just fine.

The Hotel is very welcoming. It is strategically located a block and a half from the boardwalk of the reservation. There is also a park very attractive ideal for children because there are games and the sea view is beautiful. It is ideal for relaxing, the rooms are quiet.

A Hotel that has more than 3 stars! that not you imagined it! I stayed in Miraflores for 2 weeks and was first rate! Room very comfortable and very nice view towards the sea of Lima, very good price for long stay, very rich breakfast and lunch the maximum of Peruvian food!
This location very safe from Lima and near the sea somewhere, I went walking is very nice ride, the attention of the Hotel was the best very attentive at all times with me and I will return on my next vacation to this Hotel as I would recommend to anyone traveling to Lima.

I was staying with my wife at the Hotel, and the service is very good, very attentive staff and us well oriented in all our requirements, the comfortable rooms, cleaning ok. Nice and varied breakfast, is located one block from the waterfront, where you can walk and the view is spectacular full of parks, we observed much tourism, there are enough safety and order; in general everything we like. The recommend.

Excellent Hotel. Absolute tranquility.

It is a good hotel with first class service, all the staff is very nice and attentive to all guidance requiring one, we felt ourselves very comfortable and well attended, the rooms are spacious and very harmonious. The neighborhood is nice and quiet; got na hotel by chance already to a taxi driver kindly we already suggested we had gone to Lima without hotel reservation; and we were very happy. I recommend is located in Miraflores, one block from the hotel is the waterfront excellent split is walking. Grqacias friends of the Hotel Soul Mate Inn, will return next year.
