Stay has been very comfortable and everyone is very courteous.

Stuffy, but aspiring to grandeur. The rooms are cold, but very quiet, unless there is a party downstairs. The plumbing can be noisy.

The hotel is bad overall. An impressive smell of moisture in the room. Next to a nightclub that did not let sleep because of the high volume and party that there was. Breakfast is also very poor. No toast, jam or crescents.

The staff here were so welcoming and friendly. They provided us with recommendations of the best things to do in Lima and were always ready to lend a helping hand. I enjoyed my time at the Farona Grand and would highly recommend it!

Very nice hotel in Lima. Locating in a safe distraction — Miraflores. Many tourists in that area so it’s relatively quite safe. The staff in the hotel are super friendly and helpful! Also the best thing about this hotel is their free breakfast! I’ve never had better experience with any other free hotel breakfast then this one!

It is not the most luxurious hotel, but I think it offers excellent services and is strategically located in Miraflores, which allows you to be in a place where you can get to know most of Lima.
I also rebounded the friendliness of the staff who helped us a lot when a partner of the group had a problem with her knee on the first day of the ride, and they immediately got us wheelchair and medicines.

This was my first time in Peru and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgable about the surrounding area and can give great recommendations. The location couldn't be better. Very close to many attractions and within walking distance to almost everything you need, including a grocery store to buy water! There are literally 10 or more restaurants on the same block as the hotel. You can book tours in the lobby of the hotel, which is convenient. Why 3 stars? Well, when we booked online the stay was supposed to be approx. $1100 CAD. The bank called us to say that they wanted to make sure we were travelling to Peru and that this wasn't a fraudulent charge, and told us that the charge will go through after confirming. When we got to the hotel, the charge never went through and we had to pay a 10% extra for a "service fee". I believe that most hotels charge a service fee in Peru, but it just seems odd that had the online booking worked, there wouldn't have been one. Also, there is no bathroom fan. This might seem silly to complain about, but when you take a hot shower the entire room is incredibly humid. Maybe it's the North American in me, but it seemed very odd to have no bathroom fan. The hotel has sound proof windows, but the interior of the hotel is not sound proof. There is a club attached to the hotel (I don't recommend going) and you can hear the music going all night. You can hear your neighbour sneeze through the walls.

Convenient location in the area of Miraflores-the safest area of Lima. Of course, the hotel is not 5 star, but quite decent… It is a pity that the pool is closed for winter…

Excellent hotel, centrally located, close to shops, jewellery, local food. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, with the warm and well-known Peruvian attention. The rooms have a private bathroom and all the amenities for a tourist. The bed is fantastic. It is a quiet and very nice place. Good breakfast buffet.

The hotel went far beyond my expectations for one being so reasonably priced and fantastically located. Little shops conveniently accessed in and around the area and the beautiful park a few minutes walk away.
My first impressions were how courteous and kind the staff were, then the hotel room being spacious, air con, fridge, with a bathroom I couldn't fault. Large and with a HAIRDRYER, essential for the ladies!
The breakfast was delicious, catering for most tastes and I was delighted to have boiled eggs for a change from scrambled, which every hotel throughout S. America seems only mainly to serve. However, the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection, with additional vegetables, Eg tomatoes! Again unusual here.
So all in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this delightfully, quaint and comfortable hotel to anyone.
Oh yes, their pisco sour drinks are delicious!

It has a great location. The rooms are small but very comfortable and the staff is excellent and very friendly and helpful. You have Internet and breakfast although this last one was not to my liking.

Good value for being in the middle of Miraflores. Hot water for real and not fake how about hostels and helpful staffs. The breakfast with a little bit of everything but the croissants.
