The price is quite high to be a 3 star hotel, but since one enters you notice that it is a luxury hotel, the staff is friendly and solves any doubt without problems.

Nice location — close to everything (3-20 min walking to the restaurants, supermarkets, cinema, main square, ocean, Indian and fruit/vegetable market), but on a calm street. Feeling like home, not too fancy, but clean. Not huge, one entrance, Wi-Fi at the entrance on the street — easy for taxi, uber never missed it. European breakfast — oatmeal, eggs, sausages, cheese — did not get boring during 2 weeks stay. Few strange things: toothbrush and toothpaste costed extra (I got used to getting those for free in the hotels), no toilet brush in the bathroom (with all the consequences), maybe I should have asked for it. Overall very nice experience.

Great location, tucked off on a quiet street only a block or two from the busy streets, walking distance to clubs, bars, restaurants, parks and the ocean! Very friendly staff. Nice sized rooms. Would definitely stay here again!

A very good hotel located in a quiet place in the Miraflores area. Reception people are very kind and ready to help at any time. The hotel is modern, clean. Rooms are large well equipped and maintain. This is a very good place to stay.

Very friendly & helpful staff, a lovely room and clean as whistle. Only fault is the windows are somewhat dirty, but this place is top notch! Four Points in the US could learn a thing or two from a trip down here!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Great traditional breakfast and good selection of local delicacies and local beer/drinks. The location is in the best area of town for tourism in town, imho.

Staff was helpful and bilingual. Breakfast service was always spot on. I avoid hotels for dinner. I was upgraded to a suite for my stay. Great room. No really great views in this hotel. Service overall was a solid experience.

Great place to stay clean, friendly and close to many places to shop and eat.

They don't seem to understand the concept of a reservation. You should never tell a guest they need to change rooms, or leave, because they booked things wrong. The service itself was nice, but such incompetent management is unbelievable.

The hotel is nice but not easy to find. People at front desk and entrance are pretty warm and helpful. Price is way too high if you compare with much better options nearby.

Clean rooms, but very noisy mechanical systems woke me several times. Bed was saggy and worn out. Breakfast buffet flavorless, nice selection but bland. Dinner was tasty but pricey and meager. No desk in room, which I consider important. Staff helpful and friendly. Good location. Fast Wi-Fi.

Excellent location just a block east of Kennedy Park. The rooms are a decent size and well furnished and comfortable. Wi-Fi was quick and accessible in both the rooms we stayed in (two visits). The included breakfast was a buffet.

Friendly, clean, upscale. High 3.5, maybe 4 stars by US hotel standards. Free single serving of Pisco at happy hour, free (good quality) breakfast, free Wi-Fi. The glass enclosed shower is absolutely beautiful. Staff is very cordial, accomodating, and fully bilingual in many of the popular tourist languages. Room has a safe to store valuables, and the hotel let me store my luggage in a closet after I checked out. Room was quiet so long as I kept the windows closed. Housekeeping did an outstanding job resetting my room each afternoon. There is a rooftop lounge on the 13th floor, but no great views except of the Casa Andina a block away to the east. Hotel is in walking distance to grocery store, the Movistar store, 2 or 3 car rental places, nightlife, bars, Pizza row, and major roadways of Miraflores. Only problem I experienced was a double reservation from my travel agent and I had to negotiate/beg/plead/demand/threaten a bad online review for the manager to not charge me twice. It was solved in the end after much frustration. Also Wi-Fi signal is slow unless you are near central rooms 08 or 09 on any floor. Don't use the hotel taxi, unless you want to feel overly safe. Otherwise, flag any random taxi from the street and save yourself some money. Will definitely stay here again.

I spent a week at this hotel. Each time I was served with a sincere smile and effectively. Rooms have everything you could possibly need and they are extremely quiet, it is a delight to sleep in them. I recommend it widely.
