Guest opinions regarding the staff are divided. Many praise the employees for their exceptional kindness, professionalism, and willingness to be helpful, such as providing early check-in before 3:00 PM. At the same time, there are complaints about a lack of friendliness during check-in, bluntness from the reception staff, and a lack of apologies when issues occurred in the room. There was also a recorded instance where a guest with children was unable to check in due to a lack of availability, despite rooms being shown as available on the Booking system.

One guest encountered an opaque payment system. Upon arrival, payment was requested exclusively in Soles, although the booking was made in Dollars. Furthermore, the hotel's exchange rate was 3.80, which was significantly higher than the current market rate (approximately 3.30). The administration referred to the fine print in the registration form and refused to recalculate the amount.

The hotel breakfasts are rated very highly and are described as tasty, filling, fresh, and varied (with the American breakfast being mentioned). Guests note the welcoming attitude of the chefs, especially towards children. This is one of the most positive aspects of staying at the hotel.

The hotel provides good internet suitable for working. For business trips, there is a business center on the second floor that allows for a full home-office working environment.

Reviews of the rooms are contradictory. Many guests describe them as modern, bright, very clean, and cozy with high-quality linens. However, others complain about poor mattresses that make noise with every movement, non-functioning telephones, televisions without Smart TV, and broken remote controls. In some cases, there were problems with the smell of pillows and plumbing failures, such as a broken shower head that caused water to flood the entire bathroom.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioners that ensure a cool environment. Some guests note that the rooms are fresh enough even without using the air conditioner during the winter period.

The hotel ensures the availability of drinking water throughout the day and provides clean, soft towels. Regarding the bathrooms, some guests found them too narrow (in one case, the toilet was positioned such that it was impossible to sit on it straight) and also noted a temporary decrease in water pressure.
