Very good attention and very good place to rest.
➜ I got a lot of treatment from both ladies at the front desk, they booked me a room but since I went for work I have a pretty heavy suitcase to go down and up, I explained and they answered me in a bad way : that's what there is!, ok then you can give me another room and I will pay the extra, I got room 64 was a room in the back with calamina roofing, ok I accept it and the air conditioning does not work (I am in Talara! '), it is infected with ants, the outlet is with wiring on the outside and the bathroom has the wall lifted from the leak … I asked him to please change me and after not believing me and send the watchman to make sure I switch to an express room, it is 6pm arrive at 3pm… And I can just rest … there were rooms from the beginning … a pity because I won't go back to this hotel!

Latam airlines offered us an overnight stay at a "4" star hotel if we gave up our seats. They originally promised Casa Andina but ultimately put us at El Angolo and claimed it was the same standard as Casa Andina. It was most definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. The first thing I saw when I went into the room and went to place my bag on a chair, was a giant roach on it. I was immediately turned off and proceeded to inspect the rest of the room and found blood stains on the curtain and other questionable stains throughout. The towels and sheets were dingy and had a musty smell as did the room itself. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is 5 minutes from the airport. We will never stay here again.
