We really enjoyed our stay with Casa Villamore Mancora. The staff were attentive, helpful, and very kind. The rooms were clean, tidy, and accurately described. The included breakfast, although simple, was excellent and they allowed to enjoy the pool whilst we waited for our night bus. We especially enjoyed the owners two dogs who were very friendly and loved a good fuss. Would stay again.

We had to cut our stay short due to unforeseen circumstances: one of us fell seriously ill with COVID, and there was significant flooding in the area. While the co-host was initially helpful, communication deteriorated when we reached out about these issues. Despite the circumstances, the focus seemed to be more on the financial aspect than on providing a positive resolution or support.
Unfortunately, this has been a challenging and stressful experience to resolve. While the property itself might meet expectations, I recommend booking with caution due to the lack of understanding or flexibility in unexpected situations.
I would think twice before booking this place.
Also be careful, we checked out the second day but they decided to keep us checked in on Airbnb. That is unsafe and not to Airbnb standards. Very sketchy for a hotel to keep showing guests checked in when they returned the keys.
