We did not know mancora at all. And chose the blue ocean for our 5 nights stay. This place is a jewel. Placed where the beach is the most enjoyable and the sunset wow the sunset at this location is the best spot where you can see the curve of mancora and the fishing boats from far with the sun going down on the point. The staff was awsome.

I stopped here for the live music from a two piece group and the beachfront sunset.
I stayed for the cocktails and some delightful langostino. I believe it was prepared in their wood fired pizza oven. So tasty.
The manager and his staff were very attentive and very pleasant to engage with.
Though I didn't stay at the hotel, I'm sure the experience of their restaraunt/bar would be repeated in their rooms. Lovely, tranquil location.
