The rooms are comfortable, roomy, and clean. Service is good. Room price is reasonable. The included breakfast is better than average.

Very friendly service, lovely pisco sour welcome drink. Nice roof terrace. Good breakfast. Comfy beds. Not much to complain about except waiting a long time for the lift, which was extremely slow.

Very good shower with hot water and enough water pressure, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, a little bit noisy and not so much air in the room. Great location, would recommend.

This is a gem in the heart of Chiclayo. The service is excellent and the staff is very cordial and helpful. The hotel also features an elevator and a private parking area located across the road.

Im not often possetive about hotels in Peru. But this one just beats all others by a huge number.

Breakfast was good and staff was busy making sure it was. They made sure even if you showed up 5 mins till, you had the same options as earlier.

This was my second stay here. I also visited last year. Both occasions were excellent in every way. The service from employees in all departments was perfect.

Rooms are clean and well keep. Look in room a bit cumbersome but manageable. People and very friendly but a bit to quiet.

All very nice, very cozy, it is a place where you forget all the stress of the city very nice the atmosphere nature the zoo 🐆🐒🐗, the games contests, the pool 🏊🤽, about the food 🦐🍗🥘 extreme sports.

All nice, the only bad seasoning, 2 years ago they had more varied dishes and with better seasoning, now it is more expensive and nothing happens with food.

It's a very basic hotel but very clean the staff are so friendly and the food is good. Could do with updating.!

A perfect place to relax and having a lot of fun playing with the cats and dogs. We loved the 4 hours riding tour visiting the pre inca temples which are situated in world's largest dry forest.
