This was my second stay here. I also visited last year. Both occasions were excellent in every way. The service from employees in all departments was perfect. A special thanks to Jhon at reception and Jennifer, who previously was a member of the housekeeping staff but now also serves and acts as a general concierge. Jhon was instrumental in arranging a personalized tour to the Lagoons of Marascon for me since I was overcoming a mild illness and felt I wouldn't be able to keep up with a group tour.
Rooms are clean and well keep. Look in room a bit cumbersome but manageable. People and very friendly but a bit to quiet. (Typical of the region) make sure you are clear in your request, like what type of breakfast you eat or can’t, how you like your coffee etc. It just takes some time to get to know how people are in general. Other than that I would stay in this place again because the service was very good and accommodating.

We stayed here with my wife in August 2025. The hotel is located in the city center, close to the market and shopping streets. It is surrounded by plenty of restaurants.
The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful.
The room was basic — a TV, a table, a bed, but little space to put your luggage. There was only a window to the patio and the shower was pretty much inside the room — therefore it was quiet humid. Also the dusting/cleaning could be done a bit more thoroughly (our bedside tables had a solid layer of dust on them). Breakfast was the usual no-thrills scrambled/fried eggs.
Overall it's an okay hotel. A bit pricey for what you get. But you don't go wrong staying here either.
