Room is a little small. Service is good and I like the location. Not too noise, but near the market and restaurants.

We only stayed here for one night, but the host was very welcoming. Room clean, hot shower, area quiet, good Wi-Fi, with lots of restaurants close by. Parking for our two motorbikes.

I stayed in Chiclayo only few hours. I was looking for a luggage storage but there was none. Hotel Señor de Sipan didn't agree to store it but offered me a room on special rate.

Great location, just a couple of blocks of the Plaza de Armas de Chiclayo and a nice restaurant "Don Benny" right on the corner and Pizzeria Chez Maggi near it. They offer laundry service for a good

This is a simple, clean and nice little hotel. It's conveniently located walking distance to the city center. It's also within walking distance (200m) from the Cruz Del Sur bus terminal.
