This hotel is right at the bus station of Cruz del Sur. We thought it would be a safe option bc of the bus line, however, we came to find out that they are not affiliated with Cruz del Sur. They only share the same spot, which is deceiving.
The room was overpriced. The rooms were super basic and breakfast not included. They also did not provide us with a receipt. They made copies of our personal information and left it on their desk where people could easily see it.
Don’t book tours with them. They over charged us for the Ballestas tour when competitors offered the same for much less. They also ended up taking us to another (less expensive) island, instead of Ballestas, and kept the difference in price plus taxes that were never incurred. We forfeited plans to do further bookings with them. My suggestion is, go to the main downtown and you’ll find less expensive tours and hotels.
Clean rooms but noise from the road at 4.00AM, large beds, fridge în the room.

My experience at this hotel was quite bad. The television didn't work during my entire stay, the windows didn't close properly and let in noise and cold air. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, either very slow or completely unavailable. Furthermore, the customer service was terrible: the staff showed no interest in helping or resolving any issues. I expected much more for the price I paid. I do not recommend it.
