SG Paracas Hostel

I spent 3 nights here and had a beautiful time. Paracas is a very small town, everything is a maximum of 5 minutes walk away. I found the hostel to be in a calm area. It was very clean and I found the interior modern. The kitchen is small but definitely good for cooking. The owner was very lovely and organised a bycicle for me, that I used for cycling in the Nationalpark (I recommend! ). He also offered information about other tours and always checked in how I was. A very beautiful and cosy little spot :)

This is a great hostel — very friendly staff, a nice rooftop kitchen and bar, great location in the centre of the town and clean rooms. It’s also great value for money, and the beautiful hostel dog Sasha was a real bonus! Would highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Paracas.

Stayed for one night in the private room, and for the price, it was very good value for money. The staff are super friendly and warm. The rooftop is also quite nice to relax there in the evening — they had books and a few other bits that people had left behind for communal use ie. Sun cream. The area is super convenient and it’s a short walk to the beach / tour meeting places / shops / amazing pancake place next door (Fuzion! )
Although it didn’t feel unsafe, it would be great if they could add a safe to the room to store our belongings :)

Cami and Eze are wonderful and warm hosts! They do their best to make you feel comfortable in their home and help you out with everything: From recommendations about Paracas and surrounding to personal matters 😊 the beds are super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the whole place very clean! Would definitely recommend to stay here ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at SGH Paracas Hostel. The place was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff. I’ve stayed in many hostels before, but none have felt as genuinely friendly and welcoming as this one.
Even as just a guest, the team, especially Cami, made me feel like part of the family. Their kindness and understanding made my experience unforgettable. If I’m ever back in Paracas, there’s no doubt I’ll be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Clean & spacious. Central but quiet & relaxing. The owner is very helpful & caring. Tour package & transport transfer at competitive prices. Accept payment in $ and cards.

We were only here for a night but liked the hostel. We had a private room, and it was very clean and tidy. Bathroom had ample space as well, and water pressure and temperature was good.

Great hostel close to everything in Paracas.
Super modern hostel with comfy beds (and privacy curtains, own light and charging point, big locker). The place is always clean and airy.
There's a kitchen and a rooftop, but best of all is the staff, so kind and friendly.
If you're looking for a good night's sleep in Paracas, look no further.

This was by far the best two nights' sleep of my whole 2.5 months in the southern half of S. A. Including an 11 day luxury Antarctica cruise. The beds are super comfortable, full size twins and are not rock hard like everywhere else. It is arid here so things dry quickly and there are no mildew smells. In fact the whole place is new and modern and the bathrooms are a dream come true especially the massive shower.
The woman who runs this place is absolutely the very best of the best! She is incredibly honest and interested in the big picture, rather than short term profit. It's clear that she's hosteled plenty herself and knows what she's doing in designing and managing this place. She arranges tours for you with no cut for herself, you pay the tour operators directly yourself in fact. She will go out of her way to find the best option highly personalized for you.
Most importantly the people this place attracts, as in your fellow hostelers, makes this the best part of being in Paracas. In all seriousness, this hostel itself was by far the best part of my visit there. You are like two blocks from the beach, where we watched the sunset.
The town is super manageable and walkable and the hostel's location is perfect for this, including only a ten min walk from the Cruz del Sur station. There's a coffee shop next door, and the hostel is crazy safe. There are nice lockers in the rooms anyways though.

Stayed for a night and was able to check in early, which was a nice bonus. The showers were hot, the beds were comfy, and the staff was super kind. The location is also ideal.
The only downside was that the room got very hot, and the fans only reached the bottom bunks, which was unfortunate. But they do have a kitchen, which is always a plus!

A lovely hostel with private bedrooms in a location right by the beach. Super peaceful at night. The staff — especially Camilla — are incredibly kind and helpful with local recommendations and tours. Pancake place next door is great for breakfast :) great value for money.

We booked a day trip to huacachina through the hostel, and it was excelente, and great price.
Would definitely recommend if you want a lovely chill hostel.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Hospedaje SGH Paracas with very many thanks to Carmen and Ezekiel. Everything you need is either in-house or on the door step, and the hostel itself is very centrally placed for the beach and other facilities.

Staff is very friendly and the location is perfect! Never seen such a clean hostel and even the 10 person room has great privacy in the beds. Finally encountered some stable bunk beds for the first time in peru. Definitely would recommend!

The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is just next to the pier so great place to take the boat to the Ballestas islands. If you are a light sleeper like me the rooms are bit noisy and you’ll hear street etc noices. Also the rooms are a bit small and “naked” so with a it of decoration they would be great 😊

It was just perfect and the hospedaje made with much love. Camila was very helpful (tips in advance how to get there, booked trips in advance for us, …). The rooms are clean and well organized. I’d definitely come here again!
