We had a very pleasant stay but also very special at this establishment. We were there during the confinement period. Despite the difficulties inherent in this type of situation, we could not have found a better place.
Manuel did his best to make our stay pleasant: impromptu Peruvian cooking class, access to the jacuzzi and terraces, help with our administrative procedures, even with the local police station.
Given what other Frenchmen may have experienced at the time, we would like to sincerely thank Manuel for his kindness.

We have suffered from almost constant noises from hotel works. After several complaints, to different people, nothing happens, not a discount, not a courtesy, not even the slightest excuse. It's a shame, especially for us who had paid before.

The best of the. Best there is nothing more tranquil than to spend a weekend at the beach.

Perfect location, right in the center of the hustle and bustle. The balcony views are perfect of the ocean and the boats docked. You will not need an alarm to wake up in the morning as the windows and glassdoors aren’t necessarily sound proof :p.

I Didn't like it, poor attention, they didn't explain the service well. Request a specific caller and I got another one, for the cost the room very small. I wouldn't Even go to that hotel again.

-Upon arrival the person in the reception was not friendly or welcoming. Although our room was on the second floor (no elevator) and we were holding various luggages, he did not even bother to get up from his chair to show us where the room was. -On our return from dinner around 23:00, to our surprise we found out that the door of the hotel was locked and there was nobody in the reception to let us in. After knocking the door and the doorbell for about 30 minutes with no success, we called the number listed for the property online. The phone was probably the owner’s. Again no English… To our disappointment we kept knocking the door and the ring bell as the time was now past 12. Eventually about an hour later a little boy appeared and let us in. Still unsure where the receptionist was… — For the rest of the night the doorbell was stack and kept ringing until early in the morning (no receptionist bothered to turn it off in the meantime obviously! ) — The windows in the balcony do not lock. They literally have no mechanism at all whatsoever to close the window. Anybody can come and open the window and let himself in anytime.

Small but nice and cozy, perfect location in front of the Malecon.
The food is delicious and the coffee 10 points.

The view of Paracas beach is amazing there, it has a great jacuzzi and roof top!

Old and not really clean room. It's ok if you just want a place to sleep. Don't expect anything.

Comfortable, cosy, clean room, the hotel staff is friendly and cares for the guests. Appearance to observe; The bathrooms are a little small, as are the terraces of the rooms that have ocean view. Generally recommended for those who arrive in Paracas.

Very good place, the food a little expensive and slow but rich.

The context is not bad. Facing the sea in the picturesque El Chaco. Unfortunately however the rest of the experience was negative especially in relation to what paid. We arrived and at the front desk there was no one except a guardian who slept on the ground (it was December 25th but they could call to arrange a check-in which was fine with them having the party day but the reservation they had accepted) the room was Basic and a bit neglected and the bed was very uncomfortable.
We had mosquito problems at night and despite there was the tablet machine we had to get down to ask the Guardian.
The next morning, luckily check out day, cold shower because there was no hot water. At the time of payment a high surprise: accept only Visa and no other card. Positive note the manager trusted and came back to pay after the tour to the islands in cash.
Ps. Forget about the hot tub so advertised on their site.

Didn't have a kayak available, nor the services that they offered as the jacuzzi on the third floor. Has No parking. Moreover, it is comfortable if you are looking for is to sleep and nothing more.

Great location, bed a little hard, pure. Rooms with balconies and ocean views-super.

This is the first time I write a review. This is place is so terrible that I feel the obligation to warn others. It's not clean, not organized, staff almost non-existant, water is not hot. They did not have our room even though we payed it a month ago, Wi-Fi is useless because no one knows the password, we saw a cat eating left overs on top of a table. Staff are nice people but they are never around, and even if they are they do not know much about anything. For example, what rooms are available, Wi-Fi password, food hours, they couldn't find they key to our room, etc.

We paid WAY too much for a truly ECO and totally regrettable experience: -NO Wi-Fi during our entire stay (even though they advertised and we complained several times). And even if it's on, it's only in the common area. -NO hot water (even though they advertised and we complained several times) -The service was totally ignorant to our requests and definitely sub par. Specially the lady on the morning of 29-4-2017 was really rude. -The location is in the end of the world of Paracas, you need a taxi for EVERYTHING. -The rooms are terribly basic, for 125$ you get bunk beds, plastic chairs and no furniture. I was explained from our driver that the place change ownership and since then it's been a terrible experience for many customers, so DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE OLD GOOD REVIEWS. In a righteous world, we'd expect a full refund and apology from this shameful hotel, but nothing remotely happened.

The cappuccino tasted like warm seawater with cream, the Wi-Fi was even worse.

I had an amazing weekend with my boyfriend, at the hotel of Tumbes … All the attention and the facilities are very good, I hope to be able to know the hotel Paracas as soon as possible!

They have an excellent service and customer relations. The rooms are super tidy and clean. A great hotel.
