Horrible stay here, bugs in the bed and dead spiders on the towels. Poor Wi-Fi signal and a distinct lack of service from the staff. We arrived at 8pm and being a fair way from town and wrecked from a long bus ride simply wanted some hot water for a cup of tea. It took 30 minutes of back and forth before they reluctantly gave us a jar of tepid water that was not hot enough for tea. They don't serve breakfast unless you pre-ordered it the night before but we were not informed of the fact. Again, requested hot water for a cup of tea in the morning and the staff argued that the kitchen was closed as no one had pre-ordered breakfast and hence no hot water was available We ended up paying $10 for an entire 10L thermos of hot water just for a cup of tea! Poor service!
