On the plus side:
The reception staff was great, especially the lady who went out of her way to help with local tours and just being super accommodating.
It’s super centrally located too which was great.
On the “minus” side:
The hotel is next to a chicken farm and you can expect roosters cock-a-doodle-dooing day and night, preferably around 5am when you’re trying to sleep.
The guy doing the breakfast was grumpy and touched the food on my table with his dirty fingers (really dude? ).
The pool didn’t look super clean so I didn’t go.
This is a three star hotel, so don't expect giant rooms or luxury. That said, we found this to be a very nice hotel. Our room was very clean, comfortable, a/c worked, Wi-Fi excellent. There is a nice breakfast, and lunch and dinner are available in an attractive seating area by the pool. Most reviews mention it is opposite the bus station, but more interesting is that if you turn right towards the main square you can walk to a dozen restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies in five minutes. We tried two of the restaurants for dinner and they were good and remarkably good value. This is a good base to see the Nasca area — which has a lot more to offer than the lines and you can easily spend a few days here and not get bored.

Location is top, as it is close by the bus station with good city hopping connection.
From outside it looks like any other modern hotel. Yet someone did really good job envisioning and maintaining the garden. It is like a small paradise. Perfect for yoga and refreshing swim in the pool.
Room was cozy. Nothing special to mention here. Next to this garden, I used the room only for sleeping.
Nonetheless, I wanted to mention that staff were really proactive and helpful. I even got massage arranged through the main receptionist Maryol (forgive me for misspelling, please) after I asked for it. She was also helpful in informing us about other activities in the city and top restaurants to try. I feel like that woman is a secret Don (/Corleone) of the town or something like that :). She literally knew everything about town and what was going on.
