No hot water, no face towels, no floor mat, no suitcase rack. I called reception 3 times. She said let water run 5 minutes, then another 5 minutes and another 5 minutes. Then she goes home, switch the lights of and locked the door. Nobody cares for anything. Security has no phone number for emergency cases. Prices are double comparing to other hotels around the block. This is absolutely a no way place. Any hostel next door will be better than this joint. Stay away from it. Just stay away. There are dozens of hotels on the block, choose either, but not this one. Crazy.

This hotel accepts guests even though the hotel is still being refurbished. It is a building site. Shame on the owners for accepting guests where there are no facilities for washing or relaxing. The entry to the hotel has bird's droppings all over the steps. My room had no electricity or water. They gave me a bucket of cold water instead of any water from a tap for washing. The breakfast was very poor. I can buy better things to eat at the supermarket. I expect a refund for such shoddy and disgraceful abuse of guests. Tell the truth. Don't accept guests until the hotel is completely re-built. I should have slept in my car!

The hotel is closed for renovations, but the planetarium is open! Book your tickets at the planetarium 10 minutes before the show. The sky was cloudy and we had some rare rain, so we didn't get the chance to look through the telescope. The video was very informative and the guy spoke very good English. English show is at 7:30pm. French is 6:30pm and Spanish is 8:30pm.

My spacious room was situated in a former hacienda, tastefully renovated to retain its historic character. The hotel is conveniently located near the Nazca airport, where I booked a 35 minute fly over of the world famous Nazca lines. In preparation, the night before, I booked a 90 minute lecture — delivered in the hotel, which described the discovery and meaning of the lines. All considered: it was a remarkable experience!

Lovely hotel. The room was very nice but very noisy with the traffic. The people at the front desk were great. The last day when I had to leave early in spite of signs and people saying breakfast was at 6, they decided it should be at 7 instead. After some discussion, they started bringing out breakfast at 6:20. Still a very nice hotel.

Adequate three star hotel. We only had a one night stay so it did the job and it was suitable base for doing the Nazca Lines tour. Room a little tired. Close to the centre so easy to get to shops and cafes etc.

The place is wonderful but rooms need to be renovated. Overpriced.

The freeze in the room is very big and belongs to 1970s same as air cooling system.
The hotel is very well located in the center with some adjustments in rooms it cloud become a four stars.

Looks like this hasn't been updated since the 50's — rooms are very outdated and this is supposed to be one of the better places in town. The exterior is nice, but that's it. Best part is its withing easy walking distance to the only2 decent (for tourists) blocks in town.

A beautiful hotel with lovely rooms, a pool, lots of parking, and excellent staff. They have lots of info and a planetarium with nightly talks about the Nazca Lines in Spanish, English, and French. The breakfast buffet is good and we had dinner there one night too. A short walk to the local restaurants and plaza.

I visited this hotel first for one night with my friend on our road trip and we ended up liking it so much that we waited to be able to come back for second time and we did. The building is beautiful, vibes are high and staff is kind and professional. Pool area is amazing. Location is good on nice road that has cafes and restaurants. It isn’t common to find a hotel with heart.

Beautiful view, large areas, good service.

Nice hotel, room was big and clean, pool was the main thing for us as my son wanted to use it after a long day in the sun and had a lot pf fun. Restaurant staff was very helpful and friendly with me and my 2 children. Its well located next to the main bus terminals and plenty to do around.

Very good service, nice and cozy facilities.

I think the staff lacks better preparation in reference to customer service.

Terrible experience, and I only have 2 minutes of arriving. At breakfast, the cold breads as if they were kept for 02 days, the papaya juice, more looks like papaya water and on top of it unopened. It looks like they would have grabbed a hotel and put the label DM HOTELS disappointingly on it.

This place sucks. I called the hotel reception and we agreed on a price for the room. After I've settled in, I'm going to pay and the lady at the front desk tells me it's another price and charges me 30 soles more. It was more than 7 pm, I was tired from the trip of several hours, and I was already installed. I paid the increased price because I no longer had the option of going out and finding another place. Besides, after I had already paid, the lady just gives me a paper with the restrictions. One of these is that the pool cannot be used by children under the age of 14. I went because they had a pool and I was with my daughter. She's under 14, and after paying just tell me she can't have fun in the water. Be careful of being guests at this hotel, lest the same thing happen to you as it does to me.
