Booked the budget triple room as a last minute resort after a nightmare AirBnB situation and could not have been more pleased!

Spacious rooms classically decorated. Exceptional value for money. Breakfast, which although is middling, included with stay. Room service is high quality.

Very nice hotel, clean rooms, excellent breakfast, extremely friendly and helpful staff, even with special requests. The center with restaurants and various shops is just a few minutes' walk away.

Our family of 8 stayed here on our last night in Peru after trekking the Inca Trail. The Inn is lovely, clean, and comfortable. It’s a Peruvian Inn.

I stayed here for multiple nights during my two week visit around Cusco and couldn’t have had a better experience. I left for travel in the area for days and would return to stay here at Kaaro.

Great value. We stayed here two different times while in Cusco. Hotel is in a good location — cute cafes next door and close walk to many plazas with restaurants.

We had a nice breakfast with fresh fruits and yogurts included in the rooms. They packed a lunch for us when we left before the breakfast was open. The rooms were clean and stylish.

Terrific place. So friendly and helpful. Food is great. Wonderful to sit on the balcony and overlook the square. Beds super comfortable. Windows are new and provide great soundproofing.

Great hotel for our situation in Aguas Calientes. Clean hotel and great location. They have a portable heater for when it’s cold and the bathroom has ventilation. Hot shower as well.

I recently stayed there and loved it! Located a few steps away from MaPi ticketing office, and super close to the train station.

Hotel Las Quenas exceeded all my expectations. Spacious, spotless rooms with cloud-like beds (best sleep of my trip! ). Staff went above and beyond with local tips.

Definitely enjoyed my stay here. Small room but still was a very good value, included Smart TV to watch Netflix etc. Large walk-in shower, excellent water pressure.

The hostel was extremely clean, safe and comfortable. The host was extremely kind and welcoming and was very helpful with recommendations for food and laundry service in the area.

Great service, the host is very attentive and wants you ti have a good experience. Takes about 20 min to the centre. Calm area. We were able to park the moto safely inside the garden. Rooms are clean.

Very decent. Spacious, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, amiable hostess. Quiet, away from the street. 20 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas, convenient for the transport hubs.

We spent a total of 10 nights in Cusco (inbetween different trips) and always chose Chaquillchaka. Storing luggage inbetween the trips was very easy.

Pros: as others mentioned, great host, great location and clean.
Cons: they created exchange rate 1:4 (usd to soles) when the reality is 1:3.7.

Charming old house a 3 minutes walk from the plaza. Our room had an amazing view and was so quiet. The breakfast was great. Recommend for sure.
