I loved the Inca Way, machupichu mountain, the cover of the sun, temple of the moon, all super recommended.
The good thing is that there are few people and the parks are very friendly exceed my expectations.

I came on one occasion where there were strikes and train stoppage, but with God's blessing we were able to climb up and observe this beautiful wonder. Anyone who can come and see it I recommend it…

Very nice place, although my only discontent was the rush of the staff, they wouldn't let us almost take pictures or rest. It was like being in a marathon, and particularly that took away the magic completely!

Could use a heater at night. Was cold. Temp only was able to get to 30 deg. C.

Our baby got sick while we were here, and everyone was amazing. Staff was friendly and understanding, even while cleaning messes and replacing sheets. Front desk had a doctor in our room in 15 minutes. Even people who weren't on duty when he got sick asked how he was later — everyone cared. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay. View is amazing. Only. Reason I'm giving 4 starts is because we asked one lady in the concierge for an oxygen tank and she either didn't know they had some or just plainly denied it. We went out, came back and then asked a different staff member and they quickly got us a tank. Other than that, it's been a phenomenal experience. They held our luggage bags even after check out (10am) while we went to Machu Picchu. We went back around noon to pick them up without a hassle. They'd even deliver our luggage to the train station if we had asked.

Tierra Viva is an excellent Peruvian-owned mid-range hotel chain. We stayed at 3 of their properties in April 2018 (Lima Miraflores, Cusco San Blas, and Machu Picchu) and loved all of them! Staff are consistently very warm, friendly, and helpful. The MP property is in a modern stylish building with a great breakfast area (also apparently has lunch and dinner buffet). Location is very good; a bit of a walk from train station (but staff very nicely insisted on meeting us and transporting luggage), as a result somewhat quieter and more pleasant compared to many hotels in this busy tourist town; very close to MP bus stop, riverside park, and most restaurants.

And good place to spend a relaxing holiday, is located far from the train station which I indicates that you will not have the noise of the trains to rest. They also include a breakfast buffet.

The staff at the help desk were very helpful handling our luggage while we went to explore Machupicchu, The place it self was very welcoming, attractive architecture and decoration, we had the superior rooms and were great with a nice view to the mountains, the buffet breakfast was magnificente, a nice place to return when visiting Machupicchu again.

Front staff speak good English. Loved the bathroom after climbing Machu Picchu mountain. Morning breakfast is excellent with varied selection. Little pricy I thought at $140 but great hotel. They will hold some of your stuff from your day bag if you don’t want to lug it around Machu Picchu all day — or they will hold your entire bag and deliver it to the train station for you.

4/5 only because the beds weren't very comfortable and missing the top sheet. The staff was excellent however. Very punctual, friendly, and eager to be helpful. They provide an early breakfast which is great. They wait for you at the train station and take your bags to the hotel, free of charge.

A perfect place to stay after 4 days in the wild hiking the Inca trail. Location: close to bus and train station. Check-in super fast. Shower: strong pressure and hot water for an exhausted body. Breakfast: really delicious and fresh food.

These showers are beyond perfect after a 4 day hike. The water pressure is super and the size is huge! Front desk arranged a in room massage for $40 USD. Also great view front balcony.

Wonderful staff, good breakfast, nice location, solid good hotel in Aguascalientes. And yes of course the Wi-Fi isn't amazing.

One of the nicest hotels we stayed at during vacation. Hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Spectacular view from our room with huge windows overlooking the river. The room was very comfortable and spacious with complimentary drinks including beer and soda. Excellent breakfast with great options and early enough so we could still eat before our trek on Machu Picchu. 110 volt outlets as well as the 220, so we could charge our electronics without a converter. They even offered complimentary delivery of our bags to and from the hotel to the train station, which was incredibly helpful after our hike. Overall, we could not find anything wrong with this hotel even if we tried — excellent experience!
