Nice service and very good comfort of the Apatarmentos.

The hotel very nice, the bad thing is that you do not get shampoo and conditioner or toilet paper as they say on the page, the kitchen also has a grate to clean, no trash can. They don't give you ball at reception because they don't understand much. The HORRIBLE parking lot, when you walk in they tell you it is two blocks away the parking and enreality is 7 blocks approx. It says to be "private" and it is an outdoor place, in an abandoned basketball court, they charge you for day and night, you run the car anyone who goes to BUSC Ar his, and they stole things from the car, like the car charger and stuff. I don't recommend it at all.

We come to Cusco and have a free transfer from airport to hotel. Carlos met us. Carlos is the tour operator, when we only open door in our apartment (tired after fly on the high) he starter sales a lot of trip propositions for with very big prices! Be attending with him. Recommendation: you can find much cheaper trips to Rainbow Mountains or to Ollyantaitambo, or to other historical monuments in this area when you come and walk in center. The hotel is not near the center, and it was not good for us. We came to this place in not hot period of the year and all time there had to turn on heater. Hot water is there and it's ok. But it's too cold in the room. About breakfasts: don't count on many tasty food. Personal DON'T KNOW ENGLISH! It's so bad! ( A big plus of this hotel is the ability to prepare meals in the room, a large size of the apartments and a stunning view from the window! Cusco is very beautiful and rich for history city, I wish you to have a good time there! p. S. If you will have a mountain sickness — drink orange freshes, eat coca leafs and mate de coca. It is natural doctor! )

This is a terrible place! Instead of a room overlooking the city, I got a room in the basement with a window on the stairwell. No closet, no microwave, no washing machine. There is nothing that should be in an apartment. There is a gas cooker, but it is not connected! This is nonsense! The room is very cold and damp. On the ceiling there is mold. The water from the tap is barely flowing. Wall lamps do not reach the sockets! The girls at the reception asked to be patient until the next day, promised another room with a view of the city. But I could not stand there even a couple of hours. And when I was already out with the suitcases, they immediately handed me the keys to the supposedly normal room. But I did not try fate any more, and went to another hotel.

Not bad but not great either: + Large apparment, for an affordable price + We got a hot tub in the room! + Friendly staff (basic spanish required though) + good Wi-Fi (apartment had it's own access point) + Good breakfast + Clean — However: This place looks much better on the photos than it actually is: — There was a definite moldy smell to the appartment — When we tried using the hot tub's jets black gunk came out of the jets! (We cleaned it up, tried again and it was fine this time, probably some rubber parts as it hadn't been used for a while) — Plumbing backed up more than once — Warm water isn't always available — rooftop pool was not available. — Almost no plates / cutlery available (Huge kitchen, but all the cupboards were empty). Overall, the place was pretty good but Overpromised with pictures of a rooftop pool, a hot tub, a huge kitchen which we coudn't really use.

This was one of the most dirty and disgusting places we've stayed in! The flat hasn't been cleaned after the last guests! The toilet was disgusting, the blankets were full of garbige, the sheets did not smell good. Nobody speaks a word english in an apart hotel and they seem not to care about the way the hotel looks as after showing them how dirty the apartment was, it came no at least an excuse…

Comfortable rooms, kitchen, dining area and living room furnished. Excellent care.
