Acceptable. Excellent staff layout. Breakfast was regular, there was not much variety. The location is excellent. The bad news is that there was only local television, and being with kids I needed something else.

Very good service, located a few blocks from the center, very close to attractions, museums, churches. Very friendly people, nice room, comfortable beds to get to rest after going out to tour. They give service to leave the backpacks there and come back a few days later, very useful that especially for when you go to Machu.

Excellent value for money, the hotel is very simple but you are not missing anything and the attention is very careful. With affordable prices you see highly recommended. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offer laundry per Kg and tours although they notice them rather more expensive than looking at in the Plaza de Armas agencies.

Comfortable place, located a few blocks from Plaza de las Armas. We were allowed to leave the backpacks after having fulfilled the period of stay to be able to go to Machupicchu with little weight. Breakfast is very basic.

The location is fine, a few blocks from the Plaza de Armas of Cusco. The staff of the hotel were super friendly.
The hotel is an old house, its rooms comfortable and clean.

Excellent hotel. Very good attention from the front desk people who always cared about us (since the height made their evil effect on me) they offered us all variety of infusions, and even oxygen. Breakfast was correct. Room without windows but in good condition. All very well. We used a couple of times the central patio for snacking. Recommended.

Really good but breakfast little insubstantial. Wifi is nice for keeping up with family and friends. Beds are comfy. Showers dont always run warm or hot.

It is a hotel very close to the Plaza de Armas in a very nice and safe area, the attention of the staff is excellent, the rooms are spacious well lit and airy. The cleanliness of the place is spotless, they have a PC that all guests can use. It has a gift shop and a terrace, the parasols on the terraces are already broken. What if it would improve is the breakfast is very little you get bread, jam, butter, scrambled eggs or fried (2 eggs), coffee in the strange way as they prepare it in this country and juice. There is no fruit or yogurt, it is not as shown in the picture. Also the rooms have heating and cable.
