It is a simple hotel, near the center of Cusco. Good service. The tubs are too small.

This was a wonderful hotel! We (couple) stayed there for 5 nights, the room provided had two bedrooms so was pretty spacious for us. Location is great as well, around 15 min straight lane walk to main square. Staff/Hotel manager spoke English and were friendly as well.

We stayed at Hotel Golden Inca for several nights during our honeymoon in Peru. It was exactly what we wanted! Affordable price, clean, pretty big HOT shower, delicious breakfast with a stunning view of Cusco, strong Wi-Fi, very friendly staff, walking distance the centre of Cusco where you can eat, shop, and see cultural performances in the beautiful Plazas.

Really great amenities! Breakfast is amazing, lots of fruits and breads to choose from, plus made to order eggs (watch out vegetarians the scrambled eggs have ham in them! ). The Wi-Fi is good, the rooms are clean, and the location is good — about 10-15 minute walk to the main plaza!

Excellent clean hotel, tidy spacious and comfortable rooms, with computer room available. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. To highlight the warmth and cordial and friendly attention of all its staff, Ms. Nelly, Sr. Fernando and LA, person in charge of preparing breakfast. I totally recommend it.

Good hotel to stay close to the historic center.

Stayed here the night after hiking Machu Picchu mountain thinking we would sleep through anuthing. Unfortunately the noise carries throughout the night and morning. You literally hear every footstep on the floors above and below. Other than that the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Just make sure you're a very heavy sleeper.

It has everything you need to stay in Cuzco, excellent breakfasts and exclent service.

Really a good place to stay in Cusco and is also accessible to the price and its location facilitates interacting with the Cusco culture in its archaeology as it is located in a place parallel to the main historical center of Cusco. Excellent attention, has the necessary for a comfortable stay, is located fairly close to the historic center, in front of the factory of the Cusco brewery which unfortunately does not have a sales room. The staff in general are excellent. It's not a fancy hotel much less, but it's enough to be fine. Recommended.

Passed through Golden Inca Hotel several times during our stay in Peru. The staff was great (Hi Eduardo! ) The staff is more than willing to try their English with you (some are very good). They have a place where you can store your gear while you are off on side treks. The breakfast is simple but more than enough to get your day going. (If I could make one suggestion, there was a place in the dining room for Comidas Calientes, but there was never any hot food at breakfast. ) The rooms were clean, the showers were hot, the Wi-Fi was 75%+!. If we return to Cusco, we will definitely stay at the Golden Inca.

This is a good hotel. It is only about a 10 minute walk from Plaza del Armas and I felt safe walking at night with my husband. The lady at the desk speaks English which was helpful for us. All the staff was friendly. The breakfast had bread, yogurt, chocolate milk, variety of fruit, ham, cheese, tea, coffee and it was good. The rooms were clean. The first night we didn't have any hot water for a shower and we called the front desk and they tried to fix it but couldn't. The next night we had hot water. Overall, this is a good hotel but nothing special about it.

Review of a Boricua!
Excellent hotel, comfortable and clean rooms. I was hosted for 7 days and I liked very much, super comfortable beds and hot water divine. I love that there is no much hustle and bustle as it is a small hotel. It was honestly very concerned since it had rented a car and they had no parking but then they explained to me that they had private in a House garage (Ms. Patty, excellent human being) pay a taxi so that return you to the hotel for less than 3 to 4 soles. Walking to plaza de armas 17 minutes by car are much menos (3-4 minutos). You can take a Taxi from the hotel to plaza by 4 or 6 soles less than 3dolares for 2 people (a success) :) The employees are very attentive and helpful. Thank you for your good service I hope to return soon and stay with you. Recommended 100%

First I want to start off by saying the staff was very kind and hospitable. However, what appears in pictures and through words online is not completely accurate. For starters, the rooms are much smaller than they appear in the pictures. The bathrooms are showers only. Although the shower is very nice, it doesn't drain well, and we had no hot water for one of our days. Very inconvenient. There are also no elevators to take your luggage up and down stairs. Housekeeping did not change sheets, but only made beds even when we requested that they change the sheets. Tour prices through the hotel agency were more expensive than agencies found at the Plaza de Armas. Breakfast was simple and left out for hours. Lastly, unlike on their website, airport transportation was only free one way. We ended up meeting a really cool taxi driver who would drive us around at a lesser price than the agency the hotel would contact. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel. After meeting and befriending many other tourists, we discovered that not only was this hotel overpriced, but under serviced. For my next stay I will choose a different hotel.

We were happy for the excellent attention of staff, spotless rooms, all clean, I recommend it with closed eyes, a big hug to the reception girls, toilet and of course the guy who gave us breakfast (rich eggs).

For money, to the Center, 1, 5 km. Or 5 soldi. Not all rooms odinokovo are good. Choose exterior.

We stayed at here for a week in November. For me it was perfect. The bed was as very comfortable and I slept better than I had my whole trip across South America. The staff was just like a family. One Evening my friend didn't feel so well and the staff kept checking on him to see if he was alright. The morning breakfast was served by a very attentive and friendly staff. My friend continued to drag because he didn't want to get up the first night there because it was the best sleep he had had most of the trip. They wanted to make sure he ate to the point they waited for him to get up (1pm) and they sent someone to specially cook him breakfast! The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the center of town and all its excitement. The staff are ready with directions and advise on restaurants. They even have an "in-house" booking agent that will connect you will any and every site in Cusco-Machu Picchu making sure you have transportation to and from the sites. I was amazed at the excellent service at this hotel which is way above the standards of most hotel services you would find in the United States.
