This hotel is affordable but doesn’t skimp on the amenities, the 360 Sky Bar is amazing and offers the best view of Cusco. It’s breathtaking! The staff is so wonderful. (Please treat them well! ) They make you feel like family! Food is delicious and has a good mix of traditional Peruvian food with choices for everyone. The bar has excellent drinks. I suggest you try some traditional ones. The room is comfortable with hot water, and ample channel choices for all. The Wi-Fi is the best that I had at any hotel in Peru. Overall. Excellent value for for money!

The hotel is super comfortable! The rooms are comfortable and ready for the cold nights of Cusco. The restaurant has a privileged view of the city and the food is quite nice! We were very satisfied during our stay.

Polo Cusco Suites was an outstanding place to stay in Cusco. It is a little ways from the main square, but the 360 degree view of the city from the restaurant on the 12th floor is unbelievable, and the views from the rooms are spectacular as well. Very clean, excellent service from all of the employees, they made sure every aspect of our stay was handled with care. The front desk was happy to help us out with a variety of requests from getting taxis lined up to storing luggage and even mailing a letter for us. The rooms themselves are spacious and modern, and the beds are nice. Overall a great place to stay if you don't mind being a little removed from the tourist section of town.

A very elegant hotel with excellent prices and a very good service. Located close to the Plaza de Armas, it makes it easy to walk for recognition of some tourist areas and access to restaurant services, financial institutions and change houses. Spectacular view. Recommended.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. He's in San Sebastian. A Plaza de Armas is reached by Avenida del Sol or Av. Of culture in an hour and a half walking or you can take the hare or colectivitos that pass through these streets.

Worst service ever! I had to cancel because they have no toll free number and they will not reply to emails… nor will they reply to contact off thier page. I called expedia to cancel and I was 2 calls in and hours on the phone to finally cancel. Then they confirmed they would cancel and did not. So needless to say numerous hours wasted on email and the phone. They have no customer service! If you have to cancel with them good luck! If you want to call them or email even better luck… they are non responsive!

All super. Good attention to it. Delicious food, excellent view of his restorant. My only recommendation is about the breakfast (a bit poor)

Nice modern hotel with Wi-Fi, satelitte, etc. Staff is verry friendly and helpful. Onlt negatives are super firm mattresses and a broken room safe.

Only problem is the language barrier… They also had a problem with Joshs visa status. So we had to walk to the immigration office. Got the taken care of… other than thst, they've been great!

If you're looking for a peaceful night's sleep, you're NOT going to get it at this hotel! The hotel is between a very busy, noisy street and a railway line and since the windows only have single glazing, it's noisy ALL the time! Rooms are cold and service from staff is spotty at best. VERY disappointing considering the high reviews we'd relied on when making our bookings.

Very inconvenient location if you want to walk to locations with food and night life. Rooms have a bit of a musty smell and were extremely cold so bring warm clothes if you stay here.

Excellent view of the city. The front desk staff was very kind and generous. On the day of checkout we got back to the hotel a couple of hours late, there was no issue with the late check-out (no extra charge). Rooms were nice and clean and beds very comfy. One of the newest and tallest hotels in Cusco. Would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Cusco, highly recommend. Didn't get to have dinner at the top floor restaurant with panoramic view but breakfast was delicious!

Very nice and clean hotel. Decent free breakfast is included. It's only about a mile to plaza de armas, safe area, and lots of inexpensive food joints around.

Just great, the restaurant is A1 joined the view and the food resulting in a magnificent experience.

The Hotel has an exceptional view from the room and from the restaurant located on the 12th floor. We were hosted from 13 to 17 October 2014 and we received excellent service from the staff, the room which is very beautiful.
To some fifteen minutes walking arrive to the center of the city of Cusco which is be a beauty with regard to the conservation and construction old. Our experience at the Hotel was first. If you are looking for good treatment and a beautiful, comfortable and safe place to stay, I recommend this hotel.
