A lovely hotel two blocks from the main square of Cusco. Spacious rooms, well equipped. Cleaning does not raise questions. In the lobby there is a bar with free coca tea and coca leaf. The breakfast was good. 30 in the morning. The staff is polite and caring. The rooms are a bit chilly, but just in case the electric heater is prepared. The Wi-Fi is good.

Hotel very well located on Avenida del Sol half a block from Qoricancha and about 3 blocks from the Neuralgico point of Cusco which is the Plaza de Armas. Comfortable room, bathroom in very good condition and varied breakfast!

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

For a round trip hotel more than OK!

Although the building is some ancient, but basic needs have, clean environment, service attitude is very dedicated, serious, polite …, each room has good lighting, walking shopping or dining and exchange of coins is very convenient and safe.

Nice hotel, breakfast is good. Bed is hard as rock though, but the rooms are clean and the staff is very nice!

Very comfortable Hotel, organized, no delays in the lobby for Chek-in or Chek-out, with free luggage storage, hot drink table and especially if you suffer from "Zoroche" by the height as much with an oxygen pipette or hot coca tea.
It's on the Av. From the sun a few meters from the main square of Cusco, however, the rooms are soundproof as you sleep like a baby and if you are cold in the room there are additional blankets. For the cleanliness of bathrooms and common area very agreeable, I would definitely always take this option when I return to Cuzco.

Well located. Very friendly staff. A little noisy at night, by Little soundproofing, in our experience. And little flexible to accommodate special needs.

Very friendly hotel in the center of Cusco. Friendly and friendly staff, decent restaurant, and need better-the staff at the front desk and will prompt and call an inexpensive taxi. The hotel is really central, close to the sights and to the Plaza de Armas and to the local restaurants and cafes. We were on the feast of the Trinity-in the streets there was a magnificent procession, national costumes, music, dances-very cool. Rooms are comfortable and comfortable, spacious hall, mate with a cocoon is always present for free. Wi-Fi and free and adequate.

This hotel is 100% worth the nightly rate. Spacious rooms, amazing breakfast, phenomenal customer service and a location that cannot be beat. Imagine waking up in a modern room with a Peruvian decor, stepping into a flawlessly cleaned shower with great water pressure, then making your way downstairs to an amazing top-notch buffet breakfast! The breakfast starts as early as 4 AM, which is perfect if you're doing an early tour to Machu Picchu or elsewhere. Exit the hotel and you're right in the historical city center. The location is perfect! We did have an issue at check-out where the front desk couldn't find our reservation and tried to charge my card again, but eventually they were apologetic and let us go. Apart from our mishap at check-out, the stay was amazing. No other complaints. Room service was great, housekeeping was great, amenities were great. Love this place. Next time I'm in Cusco, I will definitely stay here again.
